“My first room smelled but the front desk personnel was so apologetic and got me another room immediately. Rose Cooper was very personable and professional. The front desk team was GREAT!”

“The staff is not helpful at all. I have asked to change room or ask for extra pillows, they promised to call me to inform me when the room available but never did either I need some answer. They said they don't have extra pillows. I spotted baby roaches crawling around the hallway and room. The air conditioning smells musty. I don't complain very much but this needs the management attention.”
