"Clean rooms, friendly staff "

"The bathroom was dirty, when we arrived there no one was at the front desk, we have to wait and walk around until we find somebody, the person who did the valet left our car smells like weed. "

"This place gets the job done. No frills, not fancy, but a tremendous location. Came into town for the weekend to go to urban air and then Sahara Sam’s waterpark. Both places are awesome, highly recommend. The room was surprisingly spacious and had a lot of weird extra space. I had just stayed the weekend before in New York City and my hotel room was about the size of a cruise ship room, so the bathroom was huge and we had a balcony looking at the pool, which was obviously closed for the season. Breakfast was fine, beds were comfortable, not a luxurious spot, but that’s not what I paid to get. Would recommend. There were some sketchy looking patrons around, but everybody was nice and friendly. I mean, we were in the armpit of America. Respectfully."

"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the reception area felt very disorganized and the check-in process was not smooth. In addition, the hotel is currently under construction, which was not clearly communicated before arrival. The biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. At around 2:00 a.m. I was unable to sleep because of the noise coming from the room above. I could hear every step and even the entire conversation of the guest upstairs. It made it very difficult to rest. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and better organization, transparency about construction, and improved sound insulation would greatly improve the guest experience."

"Nice hotel with beautiful, clean and spacious rooms. Adequate amenities. The only problem was the clogged shower drain. "

"The staff was very rude and makes you feel like you are wasting there time. Also they never let us use the portion of our destination fee and told us that you can not use it on the day that we were checking out wich is probably the only place on earth when they come out with that excuse. Room was clean that is a plus . I guess."

"The hotel is very nice and unique. It offers many services such as a lounge, restaurant, bar, and complimentary wine. The staff are friendly, and it is located next to Independence Hall and a few blocks away from bars, restaurants, and other nightlife activities."
