โCheck in was easy and worry free, bed was comfy, clean, centrally located. Private entrance. Quiet. Staff helpful and welcoming, quick to respond to your questions. Definitely recommend staying here. We were there for a week. Loved it!โ
โWe love this little boutique hotel. Rooms are quaint but clean . Staff is friendly. We used the free shuttle from the Windsong as there is no transportation out here and it is 5km from town. โ
โThe bedding and bathroom were all clean, and the kitchen was also spotless. We travel a lot, and among the places weโve stayed, this one in Seward was very satisfying for the price. Our kids also enjoyed playing board games, and the female staff member who assisted us was very kind and helpful.โ
โWe enjoyed our stay at the Pinecone Palace. It was a great location, close to many hiking trails and lakes as well as to the local restaurants in Seward. Host communicated well and made everything easy.โ
โIt was one of the best lodge we chose during this one week vacation to Alaska. We will go back again if we visit there and recommend highly. The best part is that they allow us to use their kayak free. The Bear Creek Lake was peaceful and breathtaking scenery. The host is very friendly and professionally manage the Bed & Breakfast. Everything was excellent. โ
