We chose to pay at the property with cash and had to put a cash deposit(refundable) with what we paid for the room. But I dont remember seeing or reading that there would be a "cash deposit" for a "cash transaction" on the website. When I asked what the deposit was for the lady was a little snippy and stated it would be for any damages found. We are old so highly unlikley we would create any damages! When checking out there was no one at the desk so we had to check out with the "kiosk lady"🤔
Requested our deposit back and half the money got stuck in the machine, then had to wait for a "real person" to get our $$ out of the machine. The room was clean, could use some upgrades. Looked like the hotel was something else then remodeled to become a Quality Inn. We also never received a receipt for our nights stay.
