“wonderful stay, very clean rooms and wonderful staff. awesome breakfast”

“Hotel is old, dingy, and poorly lit. Only had one person at the check out who was not friendly or helpful. We booked as it advertized the airport shuttle was 24/7 but then we arrived and called for pick up from the airport we were informed it only runs until midnight and therefore would need to arrange a different ride. Bed was stiff, springs dug into me. Pillows were like air no stuffing to them which left my neck stiff and sore. Whole placed reeked of cigarette smoke. Breakfast provided was...

“Quiet, we slept well. Decent food. Great recovery time after the concert.”

“The hotel itself is nice and well maintained. Very close to the airport and the shuttle was very convenient. Most of the staff we interacted with acted like all of our questions were silly and annoying. That’s my only complaint.”

“Great Stay”

“Really nice and clean lobby rooms could be updated furniture outdated carpet could be upgraded to luxury vinyl or hardwoods. Would have loved to enjoy sitting out on the patio but the furniture wasn’t cleaned off, chairs were dirty and some even had bird poop all over them…but overall it was ok, I’m a Hilton honors member so I always book their hotels”

“Fine for a cheap layover night but have low expectations, perfect for the price.”

“I liked being able to dine at the location since there weren’t any restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

“Very clean. Laundry facility. Very friendly.”

“I came here with my fiancé for an event happening at the Fillmore. The room was comfortable, clean, and the shower was nice. Maybe could’ve used more than just two towels and two rags, but we made do. The location is fine as long as you have a car or plan on Ubering everywhere. The hotel offers a free shuttle from airport to hotel and vise versa which came in handy! The only downside was I guess the false advertising of a bar in lobby. They had closed the bar from Friday to Sunday. Those are...

“We have frequented this location for the past several years. It has always been a great experience. This trip was a different story. The cleaning crews are not propey cleaning the rooms. There was a bottle with what appeared to be chewing tobacco, and spit in it left under the bed that had a foul odor. Old candy was found behind the TV, and drink lids were left on the window sill beside the air conditioner with sticky residue beside it. The room had a musty odor that seemed to come from the air...

“Shower wasn't clean, no dresser/drawers to place clothes, location to hang clothes was a small area above the refrigerator so couldn't hang long dresses, no microwave in the room, refrigerator didn't initially work so they replaced it with another one.”
