"We stayed for one night on a Tuesday and had a really nice experience. Although it wasn’t communicated to us, we believe we may have received a complimentary room upgrade, and the room we ended up in was truly amazing.
Everything was very clean, and the Egyptian-themed design was an obviously fun touch. The casino was solid, with plenty of entertainment options, and our room was quiet at night, which made for a great night’s sleep. The room itself was very spacious and had excellent blackout curtains that helped us sleep comfortably. We didn’t get to use the pools because I think they are in the process of updating them.
We also wanted to mention how friendly the employees were. Even though much of the check-in and checkout process is handled digitally through kiosks, several staff members still approached us just to chat, make us feel welcome, and check that everything was going well during our stay.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Las Vegas—hopefully with another upgrade, because the room we had was fantastic."
