Staff at all times extremely welcoming and super friendly, the game drives are extremely well organised and well run. The advantage being they all communicate via radio and work together to have the best chance to see what you go for. "Property staff Michael & Joyce was amazing. Service was excellent. We had dinner at the hotel on our first night which was outstanding. The only issues we had was that we booked breakfast included rate only to be told by the hotel that our booking does not include breakfast. We booked a superior room with a bath due to the fact that I had a back op, the images and information on the website showed the superior room with a bath and shower. We were told the superior room comes without a bath....
