"Being able to get picked up for tours was very nice Monitoring northern lights and notifying guests when visible was very nice Staff were friendly and helpful Room was fine, only problem was the window did not close all the way and latch"

"The room was clean and bed linens/bed comfortable. The room was very dated aesthetically with small shower and hand towels. The toilet area could use an updated higher toilet. We stayed 2 nights but linens/towels and beds were not exchanged or made. For the price very few perks for customers."

"Check in took a long time, because of the huge tourist buses and groups. We went to our room and someone else's luggage had already been dropped off there, which was annoying, but an understandable concierge mixup. The place was very clean, and all of the shops on site were touristy, but not terribly expensive for what you were getting. Surprised there was no free-continental food option (or at least coffee...) for what we were paying, but it's location right next to Denali National Park was fantastic."
