10/10 Excellent

"Patio door had openings at bottom where spiders or scorpions could enter. Need better wall-to-wall seal. Closet also had multiple openings where plumbing or other items were routed into the wall or ceiling and there was access there that needed to be sealed. Evidence of spider activity in that one. I sealed the bottom of the door with a rug. "

"This place is a true gem and a breath of fresh air. The property is well-manicured and fun...the rooms have a great modern vibe...the staff is very friendly and professional. I live in Phoenix and visit Tucson several times per year as a getaway ....3 Palms will now be the only place i will stay :) Loved it "
