Minha esposa pegou um salgado no café da manhã que estava com muitas larvas! Pelo visto o alimento foi exposto anteriormente e também não foi bem armazenado pra ter chegado aquela situação. Lençol de cama e toalhas manchados, frigobar vazio (nem água tinha).

O hotel está precisando de manutenção. Em um dos quartos que ficamos, muito cheiro de mofo. O outro, com a chuva forte durante a noite, amanheceu alagado. Já foi bem melhor. Até a vista que era imbatível, foi comprometida com a construção de condomínios de casas nas laterais do hotel.

A estrutura externa do hotel é muito boa e a muito bonita, muito bonita mesmo, porém os quartos estão completamente abandonados: lodo na cerâmica do banheiro, vaso sanitário velho, cerâmica solta no Box, que vazava água para o banheiro. Armário do quarto em péssimas condições. Enfim , quarto muito depreciado.

Hotel com atendimento da recepção e o garçom da noite muito bom ! Restaurante não tinha opções para janta , pois tinha recebido um grupo escolar e estava faltando praticamente tudo , quarto confortável e limpo , limpeza muito boa ! Ruim mesmo foi não termos tido a oportunidade de aproveitar o cardápio na primeira noite que estava bem restrito ! Ah e só pra constar o hotel fica há uns 8 Km da cidade !

Hotel muito agradável, cama confortável, chuveiro excelente, instalações reformadas, quarto limpo, uma vista lindíssima da Serra do Singorá. O único ponto negativo é o café da manhã, que julgo razoável, apesar de vários itens, fica a desejar na qualidade e no sabor, os itens de pães, bolos e afins não são frescos e nem saborosos, deixou a desejar. No mais, uma ótima opção para casais. Fica afastado uns 4 minutos de carro do centro de mucugê. Tem parquinho de madeira para crianças, lareira e uma boa área verde.

Estadia razoável - tudo pra ser melhor!

A estadia foi razoável. O hotel apresenta uma boa localização (fora do centro de Mucugê), em um local bem tranquilo no meio da natureza. A estrutura do hotel também é satisfatória, no entanto a estrutura e conservação dos quartos (pelo menos o qual nos foi disponibilizado). Pintura mal feita, jogo de cama e de banho apresentavam manchas, estado de conservação do banheiro bastante antigo. Café da manhã com boas opções e com pratos de excelente qualidade e sabor. Sendo assim, fica a dica com a questão do estado de conservação dos quartos.

Hotel bom, porém longe de Mucugê e antigo. Funcionários muito atenciosos, boa comida no restaurante, porém as instalações mereciam uma renovação. Principalmente os banheiros, bem ultrapassados. Mas nada que impeça-nos a ficar novamente neste hotel.

Une belle étape au cœur de la Chapada Diamantina, avec une vue plongeante sur la vallée d'un côté, les montagnes de l'autre, chambres un peu spartiates mais propres, seul inconvénient les tubulures d'AC sont adossées aux fenêtres et font un bruit assez fort toutes les 10 ou 15 minutes. Potager privé bien organisé, petit déjeuner correct. Dommage les travaux sur le terrain d'à côté qui nous ont privé de profiter de la vue dans les chaises longues du jardin
