Hi Geoffrey,As explained in emails to you re this room. You chose this room - we did not allocate it as you have accused us of in your emails. All descriptions are clearly written and it does state that this particular room has no window. It would be advisable for you to commence reading all descriptions and Terms and Conditions at all accommodation businesses so you are then fully aware of what YOU are booking. You have blamed the Hotel for your error which is very disappointing from our end.
