Das Grünholz Aparthotel is a beautiful hotel in the charming Austrian Alps. The hotel owners and staff are amiable and professional. The hotel feels brand new, and the restaurant is outstanding.

Das Grünholz Aparthotel is highly recommendable. We were overwhelmed by the friendly and helpful attitude of the hosts. Our room was spacious and clean and with a nice view and large balcony. We were also very pleased with the restaurant - both for breakfast and dinner. Furthermore, the hotel is pet friendly, and our dog enjoyed the stay very much as well. If/when we come to this beautiful area again, we will not hesitate to book a room at Das Grünholz Aparthotel once again.

Amazing aparthotel with amazing views

We drove down to Hochkönig, Salzburg, Austria from the UK in September 2024 while heading back from Croatia and opted to stay here for 2 days. The front desk managed by a lovely gentleman who goes by the name of Hans (hope I’m spelling that right), he was really helpful and kind. I’d highly recommend staying here, the view from our apartment were amazing, the apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Please be aware there was an 80 Euro cleaning charge added to our stay… but we were aware of this beforehand. Don’t let that put you off though, it was lovely stay and it was great value for money.

Fantastic location. Staff extremely pleasant and welcoming. Gave us lots on tips on free cable cars public transport etc. This hotel is part of summer tourism scheme in Mulbach . Limited choice in restaurant for veggie or vegan option. Unlikely many other hotels the room look as in pictures on website. Well maintained hotel I would rate it much higher than 3 *

Sehr schöne, saubere und modern eingerichtete Unterkunft. Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut und auch vollständig ausgestattet. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und lecker. Restaurant auch sehr empfehlenswert mit schöner Aussicht im Freien. Wellnessbereich leider nicht genutzt, war aber bei der Besichtigung auch sehr einladend. Wir waren zum Familienurlaub mit 3 Kindern 4 Tage dort und fühlten uns wirklich gut aufgehoben.

Fantastisk helt igennem

Simpelthen bare et fantastisk sted. Det var som en opgradering af eget hjem. Personalet var helt fortryllende venligt og hjælpsomme. Man følte sig som den vigtigste person i hele verdenen.

Autentisk, hyggelig, rent lille hotel

Autentisk og fremragende hotel, der ligger højt oppe i bjergene med meget smuk udsigt. Lejligheden var ekstrem ren og nyistandsat, og med store lyse rum. Familien som ejer hotellet var meget venlige og serviceminded. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage.

Wonderful, high-quaility hotel apartment

Absolutely wonderful, new, clean, high-quality apartment with great views and all equipment you could need. Very friendly host and staff. Approximately 5 km to bakery and supermarked, but you can order bread for the following day. Great location for hiking. We would love to come back.

Familienurlaub

Es war ein wunderbarer Kurzurlaub mit der Familie! Wir hatten zwar nicht besonders schönes wetter aber wir besuchten einmal die Therme war auch sehr schön! Das Apartement war wirklich extrem schön, groß, sauber und das Personal extrem zuvorkommend und freundlich! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
