"Clean room, great private beach for Dead Sea. Lovely pool areas. Hard to navigate around the property though - we got so lost trying to find our room upon arrival as there was no one to help us. Our room was only accessible by going into one building, down an elevator, across to another building and up another elevator!"

"Great hotel. Very clean room. Can’t praise the staff enough. Very responsive and courteous staff. Great location right on the Dead Sea. Wonderful views, beautiful sunsets. Gulf carts readily available to take one around the property which is quite large. Also enjoyed the spa, felt very pampered. Overall, wonderful stay. Highly recommend."

"The water falls are amazing it’s a relief for your body and the hotel amenities and water fall close at 10 but the main public one the natural it no longer stays avaible for public so it becomes private for the hotel guests so that’s a very good perk imagine staying under the water fall at night alone it’s a really good perk. Room service is also amazing and the buffet for lunch and breakfast is super. There’s also a super market outside in the public u can get small chips, nuts and fruits not alot security at hotel won’t let u because it’s their policy but they are so nice. Very special thanks for the spa, and the reception team especially mr Majed. "

" Property is being remodeled. Our room seems to be completely remodeled but needs bedside lamps,table to put luggage when opening instead of having to get all d way to floor. I used one of d chairs :) Also need bathroom caddy for toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, none provided) The biggest frustration on this accommodation was the lacking of signage-only sign is on front/main door, once you get inside, ur lost! We went up d stairs carrying luggages only to find out our room is downstairs. A directory/map is a MUST. I informed management about it, hopefully, gets done ASAP. (apparently already had guests with same concerns) This property has many potential: it’s being remodeled-new, good price & management is friendly and accommodating. I would have given it 5 stars if not for mentioned issues."
