We didn't even stay at this property whatever was shown is so much different than the actual, the moment we entered the lobby and even at the location it's soo much different and I did mentioned the number of people staying and when we reached there we they did say that we can accommodate everyone while leaving the staff came as we were leaving and there were no lifts and what was showcased and actual is so much different. Highly disappointed.

Good decent hotel, very convenient if going for US visa which is 10 minutes by Auto rickshaws. Friendly staff and owner is a good man. No restaurant but they have kitchen where they cook only vegetarian food and serve in rooms. They also allowed us late check out as our flight was late in the afternoon. Overall a good experience and would highly recommend for short stays.

Shouldn’t be allowed.
Be very aware, hugely over stated, over priced, couldn’t risk laying our heads on the pillows. Disgraceful. We paid in advance, didn’t stay, Hotels.com gave us a credit for 2/3rd.

The best thing of this hotel is the owner/manager shaqeel uncle. He was very helpful to me since I was new to the place. With the price range and place the hotel is good.

Hotel is Good specially for one who are going ONLY for US consulate interview. ..... it's near to BKC .... Staff is really very helpful, will guide u how to go even they will arrange taxi if requested... There is no food service in hotel so be prepared for that.. ya but you can get tea.

The hotel is just a bit better than what you would expect for the rate. If you haven't been to India before, probably not for you.

Good Inside not so good neighborhood.
The hotel was alright from the inside. The staff was very cooperative and helpful. The room was alright too. The biggest problem is the ambience. This seems to be located in not so good neighborhood. There are no good restaurants near by. This place doesn't have a restaurants. We were waking up all night due to heavy traffic on the road.

The hotel is not in a good locality. The rooms are small, no extra space to add another bed. The room did not even have a refrigerator. Not a good place for vegetarians as hotel does not have too many options to eat.

Not for repeat stays
We stayed here while in Mumbai for my son's US visa interview - which is what the hotel is probably suited for. Pros : Proximity to US Consulate and BKC Trade Center (Visa Appln. Center) - about 20-25 mins walk - which is quite a task if it rains. Cons : 1. Two things that were promised in the booking confirmation but were not true - i. The Check out time was specified as 12:00 noon but we were asked to vacate by 10:00 am, ii. There was no refrigerator nor in-room coffee/tea supplies (there was only an electric kettle). 2. The nearest decent veg. restaurant is nearly 2 KMs away - near Sion station 3. Getting an auto rickshaw from here is okay, but difficult to get one to take you to the Hotel (Kurla Garden). 4. No restaurant in the hotel - even getting the morning tea takes time 5. Neighborhood is awful. If we need to go to Mumbai for visa again, I will look for a hotel elsewhere.

Good to get work done at a good price. Hotel was perfect, no issues with rooms, location was ok. Perfect for US Visa interview, hardly 10 minutes away from the consulate.

we have paid for complementary breakfast but we didnt get it, staff was not honoring ,were talking to book without expedia and it would have costed less. Refrigerator was not in working condition.

Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere
The hotel has not provided correct info on Expedia. The check out time is not 12 PM it is actually 10 AM. The standard room is much much smaller than it is lead to believe through the pics. This hotel is right next to the train tracks and a train passes by every other minute. Despite hotel's effort to sound proof the rooms, the noise is loud enough that you will wake up from your sleep. I booked a non-smoking room but it was clearly a smoking room. There isn't any differentiation between smoking and non-smoking suites.There is NO complementary breakfast. The WiFi is available but the password never worked and I ended up using my own cellular service for internet access. The AC unit leaked the condensation in the closet The only benefit of this hotel is the vicinity to Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) which includes US consulate but you will find plenty other hotels in the area that are 10 times better than this one. So in conclusion, avoid this dump hole and book somewhere else.

I dont want to go here again
my overall experience was not so good in this hotel. i really don't want to go in this hotel again. room was too small, and right in front of the service lobby. tv was right on top of the room door. they have kept a menu card (with increased rates) of a restaurant that was very near from this hotel, i did not like that at all. surrounding area was also not so good.
