체크인이 셀프라서 처음에 조금 시간이 걸렸지만 이번 여행중 가장 마음에 들었던 호텔이었어요. 추가요금 지불하고 조리도구를 포함해서 음식을 해먹을수 있어서 넘 편했습니다. 지하에 세탁기와 건조기도 있고, 리셉션이 없어도 매일 간단한 청소와 수건교체등을 해줍니다. 중앙역에서도 가까워서 캐리어 끌고 이동하기 편했어요 다음에 뮌헨에 또 가게된다면 다시 이용하고 싶어요

안내데스크 없는 무인인것을 몰라 당황했으나 체크인 하는것에는 어려움이 없었습니다 다만 일찍 도착했을 때 짐을 보관할수없다고 하여 중앙역에 맡겨야하는 불편함이 있었습니다. 다른 시설은 가격대비 모두 좋았습니다

방에 드라이기가 고장이 나있었는데 무인 리셉션이라 결국 해결되지 않았습니다... 위치는 중앙역과 가까워서 좋아요 호텔 1층에 아침식사 가능한 카페도 있어서 좋습니다

훌륭합니다
아이들과 함께 갔더니 펜트하우스를 줬어요. 1층은 거실겸 주방이고 2층이 침실 화장실이었어요 넓고 쾌적해서 너무나 편하게 잘 지냈어요. 아이들이 무척 좋아하더군요. 더블베드라 엑스트라베드를 달라고 했더니 2층거실 소파를 펼쳐서 침대로 만들어 주더군요. 모든게 만족스런 호텔입니다. 중앙역에서 5분정도 거리라 모든게 편리했습니다. 중앙역지하 수퍼는 늦게까지해서 편했지만 물값은 어마무시하게 비싸요.

추천 호텔!
역과도 가깝고, 중심부와 가까워 위치는 정말 좋습니다. 방 분위기도 깔끔하구요. 다만 체크아웃 후 짐 맡길 때 2유로 내고 지하 개인 보관함에 맡겨야 하고, 안내 직원이 좀 불친절했어요. 조식이 없다는 것도 불편한 점이었습니다. 나머지는 다 좋았어요.

교통편리, 매우 깔끔한 숙소
전시회 출장을 기획하는 여행사 패키지가 마음에 들지 않아 개별일정으로 구성했는데, 기차역에서 가깝다는 이유로 선택한 숙소치고는 로또맞은 느낌이었습니다. 특히 개별주방과 깨끗한 침구가 피로를 싹 풀어줘서 대만족이었습니다. 다음 기회에 뮌헨에 갈 일이 있다면, 다시 이용하고 싶습니다.

너무 불편한 곳이었어요.
매트리스가 꺼져있어 4박동안 허리통증에 악몽까지..어느각도로 자든 허리가 아팠어요.호텔측에 말했는데도 모든방이 그렇다고 하네요. 게다 예약할때와 다르게 전자렌지도 없고.물도 체크인날만 주더라구요.가스렌지위에 후드가없고 싱크대위에 있어서 황당하고 설겆이도 불편했어요.게다 제방을 가려면 공사현장 임시 다리같은 뚫려있는 철바닥위로 가야하고 눈와서 미끄럼주위하라고 써있을뿐 카펫하나 없었습니다. 무엇보다 직원분이 예약당시 사진과 같은방 쓰려면 돈 더 추가하고 옮기라네요. 사진보고 완불하고 간건데 말이죠. 심지어 그날 금액이 제가 예약당시보다 저렴했고 모든 방이 동일한 가격으로 표기되어 있었어요. 머무는 내내 마음이 불편했어요.

킹스호텔시티스테이는 글쎄요
관광지 까지 걸어 다니기엔 문제 없어요. 5분이내 디엠매장이 있구요. 장봐서 아침 해결하실 분들은 주방 시설 있는쪽으로 하시고 조식 드시겠다 하는 분들은 시티스테이 아닌 곳으로 예약하는게 좋을 것 같구요. 체크아웃 후에 짐 보관도 안됩니다. 지하층에 2유로 사물함 이용해야 하구요. 체크인때 공사 중이라 당일만 와이파이 사용 안된다더니 3일내내 사용 못했어요. 근처 킹스호텔가서 쓰라 하더군요. 근데 체크아웃할 때 다른 고객들에게도 그리 안내 하더군요. 되는건지 마는 건지.. 얼마 차이 안나면 다른 킹스호텔 이용하는게 더 나을 듯요.

진짜 뮌헨에 이런 곳이 있다니
일단 최곱니다. 객실도 깔끔하고 티비도 좋고 시계 겸 블루투스 스피커가 있어서 음악도 잘 들었구요. 위치도 여기보다 좋은 곳 있을까요 데스크 직원들도 너무 친절합니다. 축구때문에 티켓 배송을 호텔로 했는데 메일 응대도 엄청 빨라서 놀랐습니다. 저는 아침식사를 다른곳에서 해결했지만 로비에 붙어있는 California Bean은 개인적으로 조금 별로 였습니다. 아침은 그냥 나가서 빵 드세요ㅎㅎ 세탁소도 근처라 엄청 좋아요. 중앙역은 또 금방이고ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 여기 강추입니다.

The Aircon in both the bed room and bath room was so noisy, that even silicon ear plugs didn't help to stop the noise. The fan was on the lowest setting, but it was not possible to turn it off completely (a security pin would have been required). Also, the check-in experience is not great. There is only one online check-in terminal available at the entrance, this means if there is more than one person checking in, you have to stand out side the hotel door (potentially in the rain). I've stayed at the other King's Hotels in Munich and unfortunately this was the worst experience. I won't be staying there again

This hotel is an easy walk from the train station, and once there plenty of mass transit options are available. Self-service check-in went smoothly. The room was immaculately clean and I enjoyed that it had a sitting area separate from the bed area. Nice décor, it felt like a hotel more upscale than the price indicated. Nice bathroom and large shower. They have an interesting program where you can pass on housekeeping and "earn" a $10 voucher towards drinks or breakfast at their sister hotel across the street. We used this to enjoy a very nice buffet breakfast at half price. They have self-service laundry in the basement at a reasonable price. You can add a kitchenette to the room for an additional 20 euro/night if desired. The hotel itself was well kept and felt safe with a key needed to enter the main lobby and also the hallway or elevator to get to the rooms. My only issue as a female was I would have felt uncomfortable walking around the neighborhood by myself at night. I was with my husband and even so I noticed men looking at me. The area appears to have a high middle eastern population, and at night it was pretty much all men at the restaurants and men's clubs in the area. I personally feel more comfortable when there are other women at the establishments and walking about. I gave an "average" score to staff because I never saw any and only communicated via messaging. They were responsive within a reasonable time.

A nice property. I wish instructions for breakfast voucher were clearer. The sink was draining slowly but the staff responded to request to fix and did it in a timely fashion.

No front desk, convenient automated check-in and check-out, spacious room, very clean, comfortable, quiet, room equip with small fridge, silverware and plates, easy access to metro and train station, restaurants nearby, not too bad of a walking distance to Munich marienplatz square. Definitely will come back.

Checkin unpersönlich über Automat. Das Bett war für ein Standard-Doppelzimmer zu schmal. Ansonsten war alles super. Toll eingerichtet mit großzügigem Badezimmer und Extras wie Wasserkocher und Bügeleisen.

無人チェックインでしたが、割とすんなりチェックイン出来、部屋も綺麗で快適でした。 ただ、コーヒーメーカーは使いにくく、備え付けのコーヒーも美味しくなかったのが残念でした。

En general la habitación están bien y limpia cerca de la central. Así que sí, estás unos pocos días y llegas a entrenas conveniente. Lo único malo es que el checking sólo se puede hacer a través de una computadora.

The hotel itself was very nice, although was odd that there was no 'front desk' or person to work with upon arrival/departure. Had a parking lot across the street we were able to park in, although we were not told (could only email staff) it wasn't accessible before 6am, and we had a 6:10a flight...so caused a bit of a concern when we went to leave and had to scramble to find someone to assist getting out. Luckily we were able to! Area around the hotel (park in particular) seemed a little 'sketchy' and we were careful not to walk through later in the evenings. Hotel itself was great other than it was too warm. (Kept windows and doors open when we were there). Room had a nice patio to sit out on.
