Staff was extremely helpful on a daily basis with any question we might have had. We had a room that had a balcony which looked into the courtyard which was extremely pleasant for a glass of wine in the evening. There was a lot of construction going on during our stay but we never truly heard any of it and in our minds the hotel will only get better in the future.

Rooms were large and it was nice to have a small kitchen to warm up food and use the fridge for perishables. Location was good as we could walk to Marienplatz where there were lots of shopping and cafes and a Rewe grocery store was not too far away. It was nice to have a parking spot for our rental. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to help us. Bit pricey, but worth it.

Great location and cute rooms. Super friendly and helpful staff. The garden is lovely. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to be close to top attractions like Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt, and Hofbrauhaus. There were lovely restaurants and bars nearby as well, all within walking distance. Recommend The Barn for coffee (2 min walk) and Casa Eminente in the Lux Hotel for cocktails (5 min walk).

This property is very nice. Wonderful staff, very clean, comfortable bed, great shower pressure, great amenities and yummy infused water in the lobby. 😊 it’s location is perfect for visiting the Marienplatz area.

This is a wonderful hotel in a convenient location. We were surprised how much space we had in the room. Our only concern was that they shut the air conditioning off for the season halfway through our stay. It was fine on September 30 but it wasn’t working the night of October 1 and too hot in the room. As global temperatures increase and it remains hot well into autumn, this policy makes no sense. I wouldn’t stay again in October.

Close to everything. Breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever had but a little pricey at 30 euros. Considering that it is in downtown Munich which is an expensive city (not to mention it was the start of Ocktoberfest). Construction has the street of the hotel closed which was only an issue when ordering Ubers. Suggest walking over to the Mandarin Oriental a block away for ease of pickup. Room was huge. Small kitchenette, living room with pull out queen size and large bedroom with king. No AC but open windows kept it dang near cold. Very quite poperty, I would guess because of the street closure,

Perfect location for walking to the major tourist platz. Very boutique feel to this unique property. Rooms include a small kitchen, table for two, sofa, bad and a lovely balcony above an hidden garden. The only negative was the room heating system. It was so warm in the room we turned it off and slept with the window open. Granted we are from Texas and keep AC at 70f
