뮌헨중앙역에서 가까우나 밤엔 겁나는 동네에 있는 호텔
뮌헨 중앙역에서10분이내어 있으며 바로 길건너에 마트가 있어 식료품을 구하기 용이한 호텔입니다.방은 약간 넓은 편이나 침구 정리만 하고 수건을 다시 주진 않네요. 나이드신 할아버지 메니저는 굉장히 친절하시고 좋은 인상이었어요. 단, 밤엔 많은 술취한 사람들이 몰려있어 여자분들은 조심할 필요가 있을 듯 하네요.

The Worst Nightmare
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my whole life. (FYI, I go to biz trip quite often, so I have some experiences in hotels). The room was small, very shabby, and even dirty. The staffs were unfriendly and brusk. They are not interested in the service at all. I met three staffs at a reception desk one person each time. (I think they are untrained minimum wage part-timers). The parking garage was quite far from the hotel, and the hotel guest can get the reduced rate. However, the staffs never explained how to get the reduced rate.

간단히 숙박정도만 해결한다면 좋은 호텔
일단 평들이 대부분안좋았는데 생각보다 좋았습니다. 가는길은 조금 동네가 위험해보이긴했지만 호텔자체는 낡은느낌도 없고 방 내부도 준수했습니다. 다만 냉장고가 없어 물을 호텔로비에서 사먹었는데 6유로나 받더라구요. 이점 참고하시면 될 듯 합니다.

뮌헨 도심에 아주 가까이 있습니다. 도심의 호텔치고 가격도 비싼 편은 아니고요. 방의 크기도 넓은편이었고 프론트 직원도 친절했습니다. 골목길에 위치한 호텔이 아니라서 밤에 느껴지는 뮌휀 중앙역의 웬지모를 불안감이 상대적으로 덜한 호텔이었습니다. 다만 호텔로비가 없고, 같은 층에 묶었던 다른 손님들이 객실에서 담배를 피워 복도에 밤중에 담배냄새가 났었던것이 불만이라면 불만 이었습니다.

뮌헨 중앙역과 걸어서 10분정도 거리라 시내관광하기에는 위치가 좋습니다. 하지만 역 가는길환경이 안좋습니다.게이바. 성인샵등등. 여자분이나 가족이 머무르기에는 숙소로 추천하고 싶지 않습니다.

오래된 건물이지만 리모델링을 해서 아늑한 느낌이 있었다. 가구들은 오래되었지만 욕실이나 나머지는 최신 시설이라 크게 걱정할 필요는 없었다. 시내와는 엄청 가깝고, 나이 지긋하신 할아버지께서 앉아계시는데 열정적으로 우리에게 안내를 해주셨다. The room was cozy for us even though the building seems very old. But inside facilities are modern. Location was close enough to the city center and staffs were very friendly.

편리한 위치
호텔 위치가 중앙역과 중심지에 가까워 매우 편리하였습니다. 객실도 청결하였고 가격도 바싸지 않아 부담없는 여행을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 특히 가까운 곳에 Mart가 있어 여행에 필요한 물품을 쉽게 구입할 수 있었습니다.

The hotel had an antiquated feel to it. The elder gentleman who checked us in was just that, a true gentleman. Very polite and friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the history of the hotel and where to visit around Munich with young children. The only thing i would change are the pillows to sleep on, but that is just for personal preference. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The hotel is ideal for a short stay in the center of Munich I had a very positive experience. The hotel is old and shows it's age, but that's part of the charm. Staff is pleasant and helpful. I felt safe. Housekeeping was spot on. It' adjacent to a theater area that's lively at night. Food, shopping, and public transit are ample and close. I realize there are some negative reviews about lack of hot water was mentioned. Not true. The water was fine. This not a luxury hotel where you linger in the room, but for a reasonably priced clean room while touring Munich, it is ideal. I would stay again with no hesitation.

Unglaublich, das dieses heruntergekommene Hotel mal 3Sterne hatte. Nichtmal der Mülleimer im Bad (kein anderer vorhanden) vom vorgast wurde geleert. Überall Haare und abgesifftes. Der „Teppichboden“ hatte sicher schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Einzig der ältere Herr am Empfang ( wahrscheinlich schon bei der Gründung dabei) war sehr bemüht. Zum Essen gibt es garnix! Der Lift kann maximal mit 2Personen betrieben werden, je nach Gewicht. Nicht zu Empfehlen!!!

The property for an older building was in good condition. The carpet needs to be either cleaned or replaced. The heat did not change when adjusted but it was only slightly below normal. The one thing that makes it a no for the next time is the noise from the street. There are a few bars at street level and the noise continued until 5:30 a.m., which meant we were awake until 5:30 a.m. with a 7:00 a.m. wake time. The windows are double-paned for efficiency but had almost no soundproofing qualities. It was almost as if the windows were wide open as far as sound was concerned...and traffic applied here as well. If you can get a room on the back side, then it is acceptable.

Puolet öistä olivat todella meluisia; sisäpihalta kuului juhlakansan huutelua ja teatterin roudareiden kolistelua sekä rappukäytävästä kenkien kopinaa. Muina öinä oli rauhallista. Kylpyhuone oli vasta remontoitu ja huone muuten siisti, mutta kokolattiamatto oli vanha ja nuhruinen. Aulassa saatavilla hyviä esitteitä kaupungista.

Good location for the centre
Concierge on arrival was delightful. He gave excellent advice and was charming. Room was clean. Breakfast coffee was available on one of the days we stayed. Theatre created some noise and disruption . Good location for the centre.

Overall, the hotel is fine for a quick rest. However, many improvements would be needed to make it a great place to stay. Walls/windows are like paper sheets, the hotel and its surrounding was generally noisy. No breakfast was available during our stay. The cleanliness of the room could be generally better (mold in the bathroom, big spots on the carpet). Shower needs to be completely changed. The hotel lift is so old, I had to get to the fourth floor to make it go down to the reception, and go up to our room in two trips (the lift support at most 2 people at the same time). Holes in some public halls as well. Thus, the hotel should be globally refurbished.

In den Lift passt nur ein Mensch plus Koffer, unser Zimmer im 5. Stock. Lift geht nur bis zum 4. Stock. Morgens um 5 ging der Lift leider gar nicht. Teppich von 1950 im Zimmer, hatten Allergie. Umgebung

Zentrales sauberes Hotel mit Flair
Das sympathische saubere Hotel liegt fußläufig zum Hauptbahnhof und zur Innenstadt mit Bayerischer Staatsoper, also perfekt für mich. Ich kann Chipkarten als Zimmerschlüssel nicht ausstehen und war deshalb dankbar für den nostalgischen und Energie einsparenden herkömmlichen Schlüssel. Beim nächsten Münchenaufenthalt buche ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier ein Zimmer. Meins lag nach hinten, so dass ich nicht nur in aller Ruhe bei angelehntem also offenen Fenster schlafen konnte, sondern auch Blick auf das Gebäudeensemble des Deutschen Theaters hatte. Sehr schön. Danke.

Super flair und gesittet, hatte erst schlimmere Befürchtungen aufgrund der Bahnhofsnähe. Das Hotel und Zimmer hat mir sehr gut gefallen, groß, tolle Aussicht auf das Deutsche Theater und tolle Bettwaren. Nächstes Mal wieder.

No hot water, awful hotel.
No hot water in the rooms we booked with no remedial action taken to fix while we were there. Only one (physical) room key per room, with reception closed and unmanned between 11pm-7am makes it difficult. Rooms are very tired with holes/dirt in the bathrooms and carpets. I've stayed in better hostels than this.

Sehr schöne Lage am Deutschen Theater
Es war eine sehr angenehmer, freundlicher Aufenthalt mit viel Platz im Doppelzimmer, Blick in den Theaterhof mit Brunnen. Der Blick entschädigt für etwas belebte Abende durch Theaterbetrieb und Gastronomie nebenan. Morgens Tee/Kakao/Kaffee im Selfservice.

Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel. War sauber und man konnte das Stadtzentrum zu Fuß in 15 min erreichen. Achtung! Parken ist nicht direkt beim Hotel möglich sondern etwa 5 min laufweg entfernt in einem Parkhaus. Kostet ermäßigt 12€ pro Tag, sofern das Ticket von dem Hotelpersonal gekennzeichnet wird.
