가격대비 제법 좋은 곳
중앙역과 플릭스 버스 정류장에서 가까운 곳에 있어 쉽게 접근할 수 있었던 숙소였음. 와이파이도 잘 잡혔고 식사도 좋은 편이었음. 다만, 주변이 어수선하였고 지저분한 점이 보였지만, 크게 문제되지는 않았음.

역에서는 가깝지만 시끄러운 유흥가
호텔앞에 술집이 있어서 새벽까지 시끄러워서 잠을 설쳤네요ᆞ 위치에 이용후기가 나쁘진 않아서 갔지만 호텔위치는 중간이고 청결은 중하 ᆞ주변환경은 하 입니다 남자들은 몰라도 여자나 아이있는 가족은 비추입니다

낮에 프런트에 계시던 여자직원분은 정말 친절하고 괜찮았는데 저녁에 난방문제로 프런트에 계시던 영감님과 트러블이 생겼는데 영어도 잘 못하시고 의사소통이 안되서 불편했습니다. 방에서 와이파이도 거의 안터지구요. 엘리베이터가 매우 좁고 조식은 평범했습니다.

평범한 호텔입니다.
호텔 외관은 작고 낡았으나, 방은 깨끗한 편입니다. 중앙역에서 가깝고, 호텔이 저렴하지만 깨끗하여 단기간 묵기 좋습니다. 다만 방이 좁습니다. 조식은 평범합니다.

3인실을 예약했는데 밤늦게 체크인을 해서인지 4인실을 주더군요, 그런데 방 위치가 미로도 아니고 혼자 나왔다간 못찾아 들어갈 정도로 식당을 통과해서 계단을 올라가고 다시 복도 끝에 계단 올라가서... 별3개라 실내화가 없다는 말은 이해하겠지만 샴푸가 없더 가져다 달라고 전화하려니 연결도 안되어 카운터로 찾아가 받아 왔습니다. 주변 환경이 홍등가라는 사실은 미리 알고 있었고 밤에 밖에 나가지 않는다면 크게 신경쓰이지는 않을 정도입니다.

깔끔하고 좋습니다
조식도 간단하고...친절했습니다. 다만 주위에 캬바레?와 홍등가? 같은분위기와 아랍사람들 좀 보이는편이에요. 하지만 뮌헨역도 가깝고 뮌헨시청도 도보가능하고 근처에 dm이랑 rossmann도 있어서 좋았습니다.

위치가 조금 별로였습니다. 아무래도 중앙역 근처라서 그런지 밤에 많이 시끄러웠습니다. 그래도 방도 괜찮고 안락했습니다. 특히 밤에 있었던 직원이 제가 그때 짐을 잃어버렸었는데 항공사에 전화를 직접하셔서 도와주셨습니다. 직원분이 무척 마음에 드는 곳이었습니다

편리한 교통, 가족여행에는 어울리지 않는 유해한 환경
뮌헨 중양역에서 걸어서 5분 정도 밖에 되지않는 편리한 곳에 위치해 있지만 주변에 카바레 카지노 등이 위치해 가족과 함께 하는 여행이라면 유해환경이라 볼 수 있죠. 가격 대비 시설 등 좋은 편입니다.

Horrible~ After cleaning the room at first day~ I lost my perfume in the bathroom....terrible hotel I have visited.. I complained about that to receptionist. but he didnt act anything...

Property was located next door to a strip club. My room was on the 2nd floor right above the entrance to the strip club and shared a wall with the strip club. It t was loud and I heard music at night. When I looked out my window I could see stripping reflected in the windows of the buildings across the street. I’m not sure if this was live or a video but it clearly showed a round stage with strippers. It was loud, very unsettling, and made me incredibly uncomfortable. I asked to be moved the next night and the hotel gave me a new room without asking questions and that room was good. I would like to request a refund for the first night in the unacceptable room.

Hotel breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. It was very noisy on the street and the hotel could not more us the first night because they were full. Any issues about the reservation were met with a blank stare and a “you booked with an outside party so we don’t know anything.”

Hi! Hotel picture of room is misrepresented! Shower so small I bumped my head on the wall so hard! Bed has one flat pillow and room is congested ! I had such a hard uncomfortable bed and slept only few hours This is coated in a dirty looking street area! Strip joint is close by such a seedy are! Went for a walk andsomeone was following from the receptionist was very unfriendly the first one I met and as soon as she finished conversation head went downwards just not courteous and unwelcoming! I checked out after first night very early and checked into Eden Wolff right across central station!

Sadly, there are a number of erotic night clubs very close by. The area just wasn't very pleasant, although at no time did we feel unsafe. The hotel itself was great. It was close to transportation, had a free breakfast, which was excellent, and was surpringly quiet.

Location was perfect for me, very close to the Central Train station and Karlsplatz then Marienplatz. It is small with no real lounge area. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

You get what you pay for. The room was clean. The bathroom was newer. Bed was small and uncomfortable. Hotel is showing its age. What’s not in the description, it’s right next to a strip club.

The hotel itself was very clean, rhe staff were really polite and helpful, and the rooms were as you'd expect tidy with all the normal stuff however they were on the small side, bathroom was particularly tight, breakfast was good, well stocked there is no aircon in the rooms so they were really warm overnight meaning we had to have the windows open, which is where our issue was, our room was on the front of the building and not the hotels fault at all but there is a bar next door which is open through the night and on the weekend it was rowdy outside way into the small hours, so if you open the windows the noise seems to amplify around the room, ear plugs definitely needed, our friend had a room on the rear which was quiet, luck of the draw I suppose, the week day night was not a problem

We spent the Octoberfest opening weekend in Hotel Italia. The location is perfect and hotel is ok. There is no aircon in the rooms, as the days were hot it was also really warm in the rooms at night. Beware of the noise from the street, bring earplugs if you want to sleep...

Great location close to the Munich Main Train station and Underground. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Provided us with information on restaurants in the area. Breakfast was good and plentiful The only thing was it was noisy at night outside so bring earplugs.
