Apparently you missed the shops at the Romanplatz where you have different banks, pharmacies, post office, wine stores, drugstore and much more. Dear Kevin, it is with great regret that we discovered that we were not able to meet your expectations of us in all areas during this stay. The constructive feedback from our guests is very important to us because it helps us uncover our weaknesses and continually improve. We apologize for the inconvenience you have described and experienced. Here our feedback to your review: -Actually you got one of our biggest double rooms (around 16sqm) -Our showers have a regular size-It is correct we do not have a/c but a fan. -For Breakfast we offer a variety of cheese, sausage, pastries, bread, eggs, muesli, juices, tea, coffee etc etc. 12 per Person is a reasonable price. -Of course there is no garbage truck every moring. It comes once a week. -We recommend traveling to Munich outside of Oktoberfest to book at regular prices. We hope that we can convince you of our service next time. During that time every hotel in munich is fully booked and the the prices for the rooms are very high. If you had come to a different time, a room change would not have been a problem at all!
