The location of this property is excellent. It is well equipped and communication prior to check in and after was good, albeit by email only. We (a family of five) stayed for 4 nights. We used the two sofa beds which are adequate for kids but not unsuitable, in my opinion, for adults due to the thinness of the mattress and creaking with every movement. The kitchenette area is small but well equipped. The location is outstanding and we really loved the convenience of lots of restaurants and supermarkets near us, including a small supermarket in the same building. A great base from which to explore Munich.

Spacious rooms were clean and modern. Close to metro and old city of Munch- very walkable. Checkin and out was fine- always a little concerning when you can’t communicate directly with someone at the property- they have no one on site. Thankfully we didn’t run into any issues

Nice stay but a little quirky
Clean, well-located, modern, comfortable. Good communication. Subway a block away. Amazing Italian restaurant a block away. Plenty of stores for essentials. Quiet. If you arrive early and can’t Checkin until 14:30 there is no way to access baggage storage. There is NO air conditioning. One bathroom had a door the other did not. No linen, pillow or blanket provided for the twin sofa sleeper. Overall a satisfying stay.

Dear Randy,we are sorry to hear that you had problems with the TV. Which one of the two TV‘s do you mean? We checked both but couldn’t find a problem. Please inform us as soon as you realise a problem. Our staff is happy to assist you.We also have a strict „No smoking“ policy for the whole property. All our apartments are designed by world famous architect and designer Matteo Thun. No door to the bathroom, but to the toilet- is his concept that he has realised in a number of 5* hotels around the world. He wants a connection between the individual parts of an apartment. Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft. Es war sehr leise, die Straße draußen oder andere Bewohner hat man kaum wahrgenommen. Der Check-In war sehr bequem. Was uns noch gefehlt hat wäre ein Abtropfgitter für das Geschirr oder noch ein zusätzliches Geschirrhandtuch. Der Kühlschrank war nicht ganz sauber, ansonsten war die restliche Wohnung gut geputzt. Sehr bequeme Betten.

Wouldn’t recommend for short stay/ family
Nice building, nice location. Booked two apartments for a family of five. One smelled like curry. The other had a chemical smell. Neither had enough blankets or towels even for one person! They were clear in communicating that they had supplied enough for one person, apparently that’s what I booked for. Not sure why you’d need to specify more than one person may stay in an apartment that is set up to sleep five! Ended up using my coat as a blanket…Finally, our apartment had NO DOOR on the bathroom. If you enjoy showering essentially in the hallway, it’s a nice setup. Again, no good for a family. It’s too bad, this place has so much potential and the area is great and the communication was good.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden was man als kleine Familie braucht bzw. wurde einen alles was man gebraucht hat kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt . Wie zum Beispiel eine Wickelunterlage oder einen Windeleimer . Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV war sehr gut da die U Bahn nur 300 m entfernt war .

Boa acomodação e localização!
O apartamento fica fora do centro histórico, mas é de muito fácil acesso pelo metrô! É bem localizado com cafeterias, supermercados e lavanderias ao lado! O quarto tem um bom tamanho, o chuveiro é nota 10 e o check in foi muito simples! Voltaria com certeza!

quality apartment
very comfortable roomy apartment in a good location with easy access to the Christmas markets. Only criticism was the very noisy lift which disturbs our sleep particularly in the early morning
