Availabley business aparthotel
This is a good alternative to an ordinary hotel, as each room has its own kitchenette. I think that's where the positives end. The hotel is near a busy highway, and the window in my room did not shut properly, meaning I could hear the road all night. There are some issues with cleanliness. My toilet had a suspicious "present" in it upon arrival, and there were someone else's hairs on the shelf. I have pictures of these but still spare you.

Difficile de communications. Le bureau n’était pas ouvert à tous les jours et juste à certaines heures . Pas frendly user pour l’arrivée. Hôtel très propre, tout est là pour la cuisine. L’Épicerie et restaurants loin de l’établissement Dans un secteur très industriel . Transport à 10 minutes de marche. En résumé, une fois la compréhension de l’admission, séjour dans l’appartement très agréable

Overall, this place is fine as an aparthotel - an alternative to the business hotels nearby. The automated check-in was pretty annoying, as the system claimed my room was unavailable (despite being after the check-in time), only working on the third attempt. There are some maintenance issues - the basin didn't drain because it was full of hair, and the shower drain smelled bad. The room was quite stuffy / airless, despite trying to get ventilation from the window. The mattress is more like a futon.

Ok für einen Business Trip - Sauberkeit so lala
Lage für meine Geschäftsreise - perfekt. In der Nähe waren Supermarkt, Bäcker, Drogerie fußläufig erreichbar. Parkplätze kostenfrei in der Straße oder umliegende Straßen. Apartment war von der Größe ok, Ausstattung war soweit auch gut, das Bett war nur ein wenig unbequem und was finde ich überhaupt nicht geht: im Bad konnte man Haare von anderen Gästen in der Dusche und an der Toilette finden. Ekelfaktor hoch 10. wenn man das in den Griff bekommt ist es aber eine gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mit kontaktlosem (sehr schnellen!) Check-in.

Notre séjour s’est bien passé. Dommage que l’insonorisation des chambres soit si mauvaise ( on entends les clients du dessus marcher dans la nuit, les femmes de ménage parler fort tôt le matin..)

Autobahn out the front .
I stayed in 2 rooms in this place . One was at the rear and was pretty ok noise pollution wise .. The front wasn’t . Reason being ? The end of the Bundesautobahn 9 is outside !!! I didn’t sleep well at the front side . Ok stay other than that .

Sehr schönes Apartment. Leider kein Sofa oder Sessel im Zimmer, wie auf den Photos - ich hatte ein XL Zimmer - abgebildet. Küche war sehr sauber, auch der Schlafbereich. Die Spiegel im Bad waren leider verschmiert. Ich würde hier trotzdem jederzeit wieder übernachten, da das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top ist.

shocking, tried and angry
I booked 2 rooms at SmartMents Munich. Due to Lufthansa Flight delay, i checked in 1 day late. I wrote (e-mail) to Smartments about my flight delay but no respond at all. After all, these room were charged. due to the delay flight and some hassle at car rental, I arrived hotel at ~2:30am, and i was only managed to get assistant about 2:45am as entrance door was locked. I was assigned room 202 and room 204. When i entered to room 204, i was shocked -> a family was sleeping inside. The front desk has gone back. My family has to squeeze in the room 202, and i'm curious why my room 204 has been occupied by other people? and I pay for that? We were not able to rest ….now 6am, still no one at front desk.

nice room - street parking 10 minutes to tube Munich is accessible from nearly anywhere as subway is good. Save money by staying outside of central area.

Pleasant place
I was at a conference and it was convenient that the hotel was between the conference center and the city center. There are tram and subway stations within 10-15 min walk. The room was modern, clean and well lit. However, it was facing a busy street and I had to use ear plugs. The rooms don't have daily service and stores are closed after 8pm - since conference schedule was quite intense, this made getting simple supplies inconvenient. The front desk lady wasn't very helpful and ignored my request for additional supplies, but later I encountered the cleaning staff and they were very kind and gave me what I needed right away. The instructions for using the washer and dryer were insufficient in English, but I figured it out eventually with a phone translation. Overall, my stay was pleasant.

Decent lodging. Unhelpful and unfriendly staff.
The location is very business oriented, in a business park with lots of corporate buildings. Convenient enough to two stops on the U6. The room was small but efficient. Decor was modern and clean. Appreciated having a kitchenette with utensils and cookware. The front desk service is shockingly unpleasant--if anyone is even there to begin with. No one smiles or greets you. Check-in and check-out is very perfunctory but no one bothers to give you helpful information unless you ask. Half the time you visit the front desk, there is no one around. Sometimes the staff is in the office off to the side adn you can hear and see them but they don't bother to come out and ackowledge you until after several minutes of standing around. You have to ask every single question you can think of because no one is going to volunteer simple things like: is there a grocery store nearby or where is the gym? Great that they have dishwashing liquid and sponges to wash dishes but no bath soap or shampoo??? Totally senseless.

Meine erste Wahl im Norden Münchens
Modern eingerichtete Zimmer mit allem was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Toller Gemeinschaftsbereich in der Lobby um auch in kleinen Gruppen zusammenzukommen - brainstormen, kochen oder einfach nur auf ein Bierchen. Meine erste Wahl, wenn ich in der Gegend bin!

Ideal short-term apartment.
nice apartment with very friendly bi-lingual staff. Less hustle and bustle than a typical hotel was nice. area was a walkable business district within less than 1km of 2 subway stops. Plenty of transit options to get to downtown. Convenient grocery shopping was a bonus since there were few restaurant options nearby. No phones or clock in room, but I found this to be a bonus.

Appartement/hôtel très confortable mais trop isolé
J'ai beaucoup apprécié le confort de l'appartement, notamment la salle de bain et la literie. Par contre le coin cuisine est à mon avis inutile car il n'y a pas la moindre épicerie dans les environs. Autre écueil, les seuls restaurants du quartier sont ceux des hôtels IBIS des environs (5 et 10 minutes à pied), heureusement que la cuisine est bonne mais çà reste des hôtels Ibis. Enfin l'éloignement du U-Bahn (10-12 minutes à pied) est rédhibitoire pour un futur séjour en hiver, sinon voiture obligatoire.

Hotel für Selbstversorger
Hotel ist recht gut zu erreichen mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, liegt aber fast direkt an der Stadtautobahn und ist deswegen sehr laut. Der englische Garten ist ca. 1 km entfernt.

Moderne und saubere Apartements.
Das Hotel ist für Geschäftsreisende völlig ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind recht geräumig und sehr sauber und modern. Essensmöglichkeiten gibt es in direkter Umgebung nicht ganz so viele. Frühstück gibt es ebenfalls nicht. Allerdings kann ab 6:30 Uhr im benachbarten Dean & David gefrühstückt werden. Kleines Manko: Kein Föhn im Bad.
