This hotel is right next to Munich Central Station, and it is very convenient to use public transportation. The location is really good for moving anywhere in Munich. The facilities are great, clean. The breakfast was really great, too. Especially, you can get pancakes on request, and it was really delicious. However, if you go at a busy time, employees may be slow to respond. there are so many places to shop nearby. The hotel wrongly charged the minibar fee, but the response was good as well, responding to the request for double-check immediately and canceling it. (But it would have been better not to charge incorrectly.)

The best hotel in Munich
The best hotel in Munich! I stayed at Sofitel for two nights: Christmas Eve and Christmas. I loved the hotel for its service, amenities, and clean rooms. I miss the hotel already! I would definitely stay at Sofitel if I come back to Munich.

- 좋은 위치 : 중앙역 바로 옆이고, 관광지와도 도보로 이동할 수 있는 거리입니다. 정말 정말 좋은 위치입니다. - 완벽한 아침식사 : 완벽합니다. 종류도 다양하고 맛도 있고요. 차 종류, 빵 종류도 많고요. 아침을 든든하게 먹을 수 있었습니다. - 아쉬운 직원 응대 : 샤워가운을 교체해달라고 3번이나 요청했지만 결국 안바꿔주었습니다. 약간의 이힌종차하별이라고 느낀점도 있었어요. *결론 : 나중에 뮌헨에 또 오면 여기 머물 생각입니다!

Amazing place to stay
Great location right next to the Hauptbahnhof, and swimming pool is second to none. Stay was very comfortable.

The hotel was great - the staff, the room, their breakfast were all wonderful. It is also right next to Munich HBF so it’s very convenient to get around!

The service was very terrible, the quality is not of a 5 star hotel. Terrible communication. They charged me for a service I didn’t take, they treat me horrible and at the end they told me I was right. The situation very bad handle by them.

Ottima struttura completa di servizi. Ben arredata, curata nei dettagli nonostante sia molto grande, pulita, personale attento e disponibile. Qualità del servizio. A die passi dalla stazione centrale, e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della city. Unico appunto se posso, creare più intimità ai bagni delle camere. Usare una porta a vetro scorrevole è come non averla 😅 … per il resto tutto top. Bravi. Grazie per aver fatto da calda cornice accogliente al nostro soggiorno a Munich. Consiglio

Super Lage und tolles Hotel. Sind in der Nachbarschaft ein paar Baustellen aber sobald man das Hotel betritt spürt man nichts davon.

The hotel once inside was superb. Clean friendly and a great room. The bar prices were expensive so we only visited once. The only downside was the works going on in the front of the hotel. Dusty and noisy and an eyesore.

Fantastic service, and a beautiful property. On the same block as the Munich central station (Hauptbahnhof) with easy access to local and national train services, and great coffee & delicious sandwiches/pretzels/pastries in the underground. We had a running toilet that was fixed the first day, and they placed an iced bucket of wine in our room that evening to apologize. Visited every evening by very friendly (elderly) staff who brought extra chocolates and bottled water. Easy access to the best of the city with zero noise despite the location. Five stars, highly recommended!
