"We had to follow up with the host for check-in instructions upon arrival, which caused an unexpected delay. The initial communication was also confusing, and there was a discrepancy regarding the cleaning fee compared to what was shown in the booking. After eventually settling the issue, we received the check-in details. The process was frustrating and far from smooth.
That said, the apartment itself was clean and situated in a great location in Belval. The only drawback was the weekend noise from a nearby nightclub, which made it challenging to get a good night’s sleep."
