The Factory Hotel was a great stay. Nicely incorporated in old factory buildings. Patina, but fresh renovation. Great rooms. Enjoyed the stay.

Great use of the old brewery site. The hotel was clean. The staff very friendly and spoke both German and English with us very fluently. The restaurant food was gorgeous as was the surroundings in the restaurant. The bar was well stocked and had a good atmosphere. Parking was safe and reasonably priced. The room was quite large and the balcony was sunny. My only complaint were the pillows and this is purely a personal thing- I like firmer pillows and none were available The bed was really roomy and comfortable and I liked the discount for less room cleaning- what a great idea We had a lovely stay and will return.

For us the location was perfect just a 10 minute walk to the wedding reception. The courtyard with the different restaurants was really handy, and the staff were great at guving us details of the bus routes to get into the city centre. Was able to park our car in their underground carpark and didn't need it again till we left

Wir haben schon mehrfach im Factory in Münster übernachtet und schätzen das moderne Design. Diesmal waren wir jedoch sehr enttäuscht von dem unfreundlichen Empfang an der Rezeption. Nicht nur dass ein Early Check in gebührenpflichtig ist, er war nicht möglich und auch eine ungefähre Auskunft, wann wir auf das Zimmer können wurde harsch zurückgewiesen. Dies wohlgemerkt bei einer Ankunft um 14.30 Uhr und nicht somit nicht außergewöhnlich früh. Das Zimmer selber war dann leider auch mit Südausrichtung und keiner funktionierenden Klimatisierung für einen Aufenthalt im Sommer nicht zu empfehlen.

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereiten Personal, diverse Umsonstartikel und Goodies. Zimmer war sauber, keine Auffälligkeiten. Parkplätze, sowohl Tiefgarage als auch vorm Haus möglich (gegen Bezahlung). Es gibt vor Ort diverse Lokalitäten und ein Restaurant direkt im Hotel welche als Bar genutzt werden können. Wir sind gerne vor Ort, die Zimmer aller Stufen sind geräumig und bieten was man benötigt. Die Komfort Zimmer sind zu empfehlen. Man kann jedoch mit allen Zimmern gut ein paar Nächte dort verbringen. Lediglich die Türspione sind aus einem mir unbekannten Grund häufiger angeknackst und bieten damit weniger gute Sicht auf den Flur.

Großes Zimmer, sauber, geräumig, ruhig, man konnte gut ausschlafen. Im selben Zimmer waren wir vor ein paar Jahren 😁, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab zwei kleine Mängel, die wir gemeldet haben, diese haben uns aber nicht weiter behindert haben. (Türspion wurde beschädigt vorgefunden, in der Dusche der Schlauch zur Brause "leckte" ein wenig) Ausblick in den Hof war ruhig und man sah den Germania Campus von hinten. Für Leute die gut zufuß unterwegs sind ist es stadtnah. Das Schloss und der botanische Garten direkt um die Ecke, vor der Haustür ein Rewe sowie diverse Restaurants. Die Promenade ist ebenfalls schnell erreicht und der Umkreis des ULBs + Restaurants und Innenstadtzugang. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es zwei Optionen, das eigene Parkhaus, gesichert mit einem Tor oder den Bezahlparkplatz. Preislich parken einige Gäste Ihren Wagen auch weiter außerhalb kostenlos. Wer bis zum Hafen möchte, hat einen etwas längeren Fußweg vor sich - alles in allem lässt sich vom Hotel alles mit etwas Zeit fußläufig erreichen. Auch der Zoo und die LWL Museen. Bei Verzicht auf die Reinigung (wir waren nur ein Wochenende da, meist außerhalb, da brauchen wir keine frischen Handtücher jeden Tag) gibt es noch ein kleines Dankeschön in Form eines Gutscheines.

Das Hotel ist stylisch die Zimmer sehr groß, es gibt genügend parkplätze, vor allem aber ist die Brasserie unten im Hotel einfach nur genial. Es ist mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal dass ich in diesem Hotel übernachten werde.

Fijn hotel met goede voorzieningen. Leuke brasserie en om de hoek een zalig tapas restaurant. Alles netjes en verzorgd. Het oude stadscentrum is erg dichtbij en goed te bereiken.
