"The apartment looks nice and it is very spacious. There is a bedroom and a loft and a couch for sleeping. Murano is a great location for visiting venice in the tourist season as you get away from the tourist pressure in the city center and feel like you are part of the local community. With a vaporetto 7 day pass you get around anywhere easily. The appartement was clean except for lots of dog hair on the couch. "Great location, staff very welcoming and great to ask for recommendations. Rooms are clean, comfortable and have great A/C. We enjoyed the breakfast and afternoon tea. The hotel gives a complimentary tour to a Morano Glass Factory. You get to see a glass maker demonstrate glass making and get to see ahd hear about Murano Glass and have a chance to purchase if you desire. A particulatly helpful service is that a staff member will take your luggage and usher you to the water taxi pickup for the train station or airport.

"We stayed in the suite with a frontal view of the canal. The room was very nice and modern. The AC was great and the best we had compared to the 5 total hotels we used during our trip. The staff was amazing and made you feel welcomed and was very helpful and informative. The roof top bar was nice, the perks the hotel has over to watch glass making was an awesome touch. Overall, this hotel was amazing and we already recommended it to our friends traveling to Venice next year. "

"Excellent central location with a few minute walk to St Marks Basolica or Rialto Bridge. Rooms are in good condition with the expected amenities. Good breakfast range and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again."
