This was the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The carpet was absolutely filthy. I can’t describe how dirty it was.

We did not wind up staying. I have never seen anything as run down and filthy. Lost $100 because the insurance I paid for was a total scam. This hotel should not even be listed on Expedia

Just a nice, comfortable motel. Outstanding operators, just very comfy.

Decent, but not great
Decent and inexpensive, but thin walls and no extra lock on the door. (put the chair under the knob!) Bed was ok, but not super comfortable. But overall, would stay here again if needed.

Old school motel perfect for what we wanted. Relatively new owners and it shows in the pride they take in the property. Chains are nice..independent properties are nicer.

If you’re on the road alone and need a place to crash, it works. If you have two plus people, move on. Great staff and well kept outside but needs a major remodel in the rooms.

We do have three different size room options available. We are excited to announce there is new ownership and remodel has recently begun. Hopefully one day you can stay with us again to see the transformation.

Smelled like cats had been in the room previously. Toilet handle was cracked and appeared about to come off. No hot water in the morning, at least not in the sink.

Needs some upkeep. Thermostat was hanging loose so we didn’t touch it. Dining in the area is limited but not their fault. It is convenient to the highway.

This motel was a great location for our trip into the Badlands. There was a nice little outside area to sit and a park right down the street to walk around the pond. Very clean and beds we’re comfortable.

Old BUT family owned and they kept it clean from window sills to tubs!! Don’t expect breakfast or a hair dryer. But you get clean white sheets and pillows.

It was a place to rest your head and sleep. I know people have mentioned no hot water. I ran sink and Tub for a while and obtained warm water with no problem. . Shower was great. Liked the option of driving up to front door.

Room has a slight odor to it, but nothing terrible. No shampoo or conditioner. Very obvious that very little went into proper maintenance and repair. Broken light switch frame and poor lighting.

Great, affordable motel
Family owned, old-fashioned, but updated motel. Very quiet with excellent shower and comfortable beds.

The place was a good older style place. Staff was really helpful. Had a little trouble with the credit card machine but other than than that it went well.
