“Beautiful area but was let down on the cleanliness and facilities. The white bedding had brown stains all over and cob webs in the bath room. On multiple websites it stated their was a spa for guest use, despite this not being the case. The info in our room also stated breakfast basket apon arrival as well as spa for guest to use, neither which were true. Little things can make a big impact, for example, it would have been nice when we came to our room after a hot day for the air con to be on,...

“As the advertising stated the property was "Luxurious Chalets." Upon arriving they were far from luxurious. Arriving for check in about ten10 minutes early, we stood around no one appeared. The surrounding grounds that were once beautiful but now very overgrown in in desperate need of maintenance. The cabins were very clean but very small, almost too small for 2 people. No where to store suitcases. All the basic requirements except clothes dryer. Very small screen and not a smart...
