"We had a lovely stay at this property. What really stood out to us were the amazing staff, who went above and beyond to make sure that we had a lovely stay and trip to Crans-Montana. They were so wonderful in helping to make dinner reservations, suggest hiking trails, provide maps, and call taxis. If you are visiting during the summer, please note that there is no air conditioning at this hotel, but they do provide fans."

She made me feel like I was the only guest in the entire hotel. Valentine was also great – helpful and kind – but Carolina truly stood out. The spa was peaceful and beautifully maintained – the perfect place to relax and unwind. The breakfast was rich, well-presented, and full of delicious options to suit every taste.
