โWonderful Stay!
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is perfect โ close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!โ
โThe main entrance of the hotel closes at 8 p.m. We checked in on Sunday. My colleague's room hadn't been cleaned and towels hadn't been changed for 2 days until Tuesday. Also, the hotel did not clean my room and did not change towels on Tuesday. When I get back to the hotel in the evening, there's no one at the hotel front. There is a lobby(?) next to the front desk with the only a three-person sofa. โ
โI loved how positively the staff responded to my requests. They were really helpful! It was very clean and quiet.
The only thing I didn't like was no AC with the weather so unusually hot. Otherwise, everything was great!โ

โVery convenient hotel close to DUS airport but not as expensive as hotels by the airport. Staff attention was great and room very cosy. Very beautiful neighborhood with beautiful (and some historical) houses. I wish I could stay longer to relax and enjoy but I was in transit...โ
โIch bin das erste Mal im Hotel am Sportpark abgestiegen, daher wusste ich nicht so recht, was mir erwarten wรผrde. So habe ich auf dem Weg zum eigentlichen Termin in der Stadt einen kurzen Zwischenstopp gemacht, um die Unterkunft vorab kennenzulernen.
Das Hotel war sehr einfach zu finden, und ich wurde sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Alles Wesentliche wurde mir erklรคrt, und da ich terminbedingt erst sehr spรคt am Tag eigentlich einchecken konnte, wurde alles vorbereitet, dass ich problemlos Zugang...
