"Breakfast was delicious, not enough veggies or vegan options (fresh fruit is abundant) but they do make fresh omelettes on the spot for omnivores and vegetarians. My tastes are specific but that is not a knock on them. They have great service staff, the spa services are very reasonable, there are a lot food options right on the street. "

"Overall we had a great stay. Since the ratings were so high when we booked, we were a bit disappointed that it did not seem to match the star's rating as presented however, it did not effect our trip. The location is central so awesome for exploring the old quarters. The front staff were attentive and always happy to help. Be careful when showering as water did start to leak out of the bathroom. I wouldn't shower on full blast and also point the water away from the shower door. I also found putting a towel at the shower door greatly reduced the water from leaking. The free breakfast was simple. You'll have to walk to their sister hotel for this. We really enjoyed their coffee and pho. They also had great little deep-fried buns. "

"Most of the staff was friendly and helpful with booking day trips.. The best part of our stay was speaking with Jamie and his colleague chef at breakfast each morning. They did a fantastic job and were just wonderful. We felt at home. Rooms were small but clean and in the heart of the old quarter with great shopping and a nearby park. Our room was quiet. "
