My favourite hotel in Da Nang! Perfect, peaceful location Lush and well-maintained gardens Excellent, friendly staff Large rooms and villas with super comfortable beds Nice pool next to the river with comfortable day beds Delicious breakfast - especially the granola bar and coffee Very good restaurant with an international menu and large wine selection The Onsen spa is amazing, equipped with hot tub, sauna, steam room and cold plunge

I stayed at the Elite Hotel for 13 nights, the room was very clean, staff was wonderful and friendly. They clean your room every day and replenish water and coffee thats a treat. The Air condition worked very well being from AZ that was very important to me, lol. There was also a washer/dryer combo which was great. Overall I would recommend and stay here again. Thank you Thu and Hoang Anh for being so nice and welcoming.

The hotel itself was quite nice and clean, and we likely would have given 4 or 5 stars except for the fact that the room described in our booking was not what we were given. We booked a two bedroom suite that was advertised as two bedrooms with private bathrooms, king beds, separate dining/living area with table and couch. What we received was a one bedroom suite where the couch had been removed and a queen bed put in its place. And the second 'ensuite' was more like a powder room with a small stand up shower that couldn't be used without flooding the whole bathroom. When we brought these discrepancies to the hotel we were told essentially you get what you get. And there was no effort to fix the unusable shower. Overall the hotel itself was fine, buffet breakfast was good and outside of the room issue the staff was very friendly but be aware that the photos online are intentionally deceiving and are advertised as much larger than reality.
