In the lock off bedroom the shower was not that great. I wished we had been made aware it was a lock off before we arrived. I thought I had booked a 2 bedroom. Staff very nice - The down side was the little market take out lady was very gruff not happy to be there not happy to wait on us

The room was clean. However, after reporting that the TV didn’t work in the living room we were told they would have maintenance come and look at it. They never came. The jacuzzi had a nice size crack in it that made me scared to use it even though an attempt was made to fix by applying caulking. They also charged an additional $115 separately from the room charge. The staff was very nice.

This resort has several pools, lazy river and slides. It is across the street from the beach but has a private clubhouse with pool on the beach and indoor facilities. They provide a shuttle service back to the main resort area. Since it is a HICV resort with timeshare members it is well maintained and serviced by great staff!!!

I am very familiar with this chain resort as I have visited the FL location several times and I must say this resort did not disappoint everything was excellent clean acceptable professional and friendly. My only complaint is when I checked in I was to be charged the $32 per night resort fee which didn’t happen so the following day the charged my CC that was on file (which is not the card I wanted to use) however I was ok with it once I confirmed at the front desk that was what the charge was for so no problem But for some reason the system didn’t get the message that I had already been charged and the next day they charged me another $32 and the $115 for incidental & $99 was on hold for over 3 days…I think they should ensure that at check in or out that the resort fee is charged once they confirm the CC you would like to use

This property was better than I expected it to be. Luke at the front desk was helpful and friendly and gave me a great recommendation for dinner since I had a very late arrival. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely resort.

Beautiful rooms. Unfortunately, the master bath had issues. One sink would not drain the water, and the shower never got hot enough. Enjoyed having the washer & dryer in the unit. Beds were very comfortable. We didn't get a "deal" on our stay, because we did not attend the offered presentation. We would've stayed an extra night if it was more affordable. Also, I didn't realize that we weren't as close to the ocean as we hoped.
