Had 2 bdrm suite. One room carpet in front of ac unit was soaked due to clogged drain line. Smelled like cat piss and mildew. They couldn't move us so the repaired while we were gone golfing. Carpet was dry but still had lingering smell. We've stayed here regularly but will find a different place next time. Outdoor pool but no hot tub. Does have a nice free breakfast.

10 out of 10 stay! Every employee was absolutely incredible. They made you feel valued, cared for, and took the time to speak to you. The room, lobby, breakfast area, and the hallways were clean and smelled amazing. It is in a great location with a short 10 minute drive to the beach. The entire weekend we felt appreciated, safe, and full of joy. Thank you for a fantastic stay. We can’t wait to visit again!

For a holiday inn express, it worked. We had the 2 bedroom suite harbor view. Very spacious. The room was clean but little damp and slight musty smell. Balcony had a great view of the harbour and we walked the dock every morning. Great location right in the middle of everywhere we needed to go. Staff was great, very friendly. The pool was warm and clean (besides some sand) but it could use some umbrellas for shade and maybe little better decor to make it more inviting. For the price we paid, we were happy.

I like the location of the property. Being pet friendly definitely helps. The breakfast was actually pretty decent. Staff is OK. They assigned me a room that wasn’t actually ready so we had to start over. The TV remote didn’t work. They no instructions on how to find TV programs, overall it was good.

Good location for what we needed, staff although very nice, lacked the manpower needed to keep the hotel clean. We stayed at this hotel a few years ago and based on that experience decided to come back. The buffet breakfast was adequate. Staff there were very nice. The room was superficially clean.( No one vacuumed under the desk.) The beds were comfortable and the maids helpful suppling us with extra towels when asked. We booked this hotel based on the pictures of pool overlooking the marina. The pool was not operational and unfortunately an eyesore.
