Worst service provided by both hotels.com and Aishwarya suites. When I book the room on 18th May, 2 rooms were confirmed and I got all the details. During check-in, they said, only 1 room was confirmed and the additional room was not available. I tried to hotel.com customer care for re-location request and they were not able to solve this issue after spending 2 hrs. My entire first day was gone due to this issue.
