Our accommodation was surprisingly awesome, considering it was only rated a 3 star. To have spacious clean modern rooms, two lovely swimming pools, continental breakfasts included and a well-priced restaurant on site for breakfasts, lunches and dinners. However, the highlight was the staff, so beautiful and genuinely warm and caring. Also it was so conveniently positioned, 10mins from Denerau, 10mins from the Airport, and local amenities, Louanas BBQ, 2min walk, Life cinemas and church 5min walk, supermarket, bakeries and Burger King, and Maccas - 5min drive. It was so quiet and tranquil, away from the hussle and bussle of the resorts we visited. We would definitely stay here again.

Place was well kept and in close proximity to everything, easy to get around even by foot. The only downside is that there can be a lot of noise from guests at the bar close to the reception. My only suggestion would be either keep the bar upstairs only or book a room away from main reception. Otherwise the staff are so kind and always willing to help and make sure you’re enjoying your time in Fiji

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at this resort in Fiji and would happily recommend it to other families. Our flight arrived very early, so being able to check in well before the usual check-in time was such a great start to our holiday. We really appreciated how accommodating the staff were. The staff throughout our stay were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Whether we needed recommendations on where to shop, places to eat, or things to do, they were full of helpful advice and always greeted us with a smile. Our kids absolutely loved having a pool right beside our room. One of the highlights for them was making friends with the children from the family staying next door. They spent time chatting over the fence and even learned a few Fijian words, which made the experience even more special. The three-bedroom unit was modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Having a washing machine just outside the unit was incredibly convenient, especially when travelling with kids. We also enjoyed being able to stay in and cook dinner after a full day of exploring, as the unit had everything we needed to relax and unwind. Another fun highlight was my husband buying a traditional kava bowl so he could mix and enjoy his own kava in our unit. It was a great cultural experience and made our stay even more memorable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and left with wonderful memories. Thank you to all the staff for making our family holiday so enjoyable. Vinaka!

Location leaves something to be desired with the proximity of the runway and the volume of the jets taking off. We booked two of the dorm style rooms. We did find bed bugs in one of the four beds. The shared bathroom facilities were very clean and the shower, while lacking places to hang clothing, was of very good quality. My wife and I have come to really enjoy a number of the restaurants and lodging options in the Wailoaloa area. This location was just a bit too far away from the rest of the amenities in that area.

This resort is about half renovated. Some parts of the rooms are very nice and new, other parts are not finished yet. The staff were very friendly and nice. The restaurant has great food, very good prices. The food can take while to arrive if the restaurant is busy, but the food is worth it. This hotel doesn’t give pool towels and we found this a bit of a problem when the kids went to swim and then we had to exchange the wet towels for new ones and sometimes they didn’t have towels available for us so we needed to wait to shower. One suggestion for the hotel is to have more towels readily available for guests and also to properly stock rooms with hand towels, wash cloths and the proper amount of towels for the guests in each room to start the stay on a proper note. This hotel has a beautiful roof top bar with an ocean view and an airport shuttle that was extremely convenient and saved us a lot of money on taxi rides. The free breakfast is quite minimal but had delicious papaya and tea/coffee which was more than enough for me. I think when this resort is fully finished and stocked, we will definitely visit again. For the price of our stay, the hotel meet our needs and was in a safe and convenient location.

We had a group of six, and we enjoyed our 5-night stay in the 3-bedroom apartment. The place is old, but it worked well for us. The pools are nice and clean. The free continental breakfast was very basic and consisted of porridge, toast and baked beans. Sufficient for a starting feed although our boys normally ordered extra such as hash browns, bacon and eggs. The extra food was cheap but not great...as one morning the hash browns were still half frozen. We never had dinner there due to the nature of the ordered breakfasts. Lovely warm showers and the rooms were an even temperature, and we never had to use the air con. At our end of the complex the Wi-Fi was unreliable so bring your own data. Also, it is at the end of runway, so the plane noise is loud and rooms not noise proof. Having said that, i was so tired at the end of each day that I was never bothered by the planes, but others in our party were. Still, we enjoyed the stay. Would I stay there again? Yes, but if newer places are cheaper or the same price, I would likely stay there.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! It was one of the worst experiences I've had with hotels. No lie, we felt like someone was entering our room while we weren't there. We had dirty dishes in the room, but we didn't use any!! The property was a mess and very dirty. The breakfast was not amusing at all. And it only had very few selection of food to pick from. If we were to select what type of egg we wanted it costed us, when it clearly said 'free breakfast'. When it was our time to check out. The staff had an attitude which we didn't like. Gave us the energy that she didn't want to talk to us. And we also got charged extra for the things that we never got. We wanted to relax out by the pool area, but everything there including the pool was dirty. The toilet seat was broken, and when having a shower, the bathroom would get flooded easily. The bathroom hand basin was too small to even wash your hands properly. The place needs a good water blaster and a few fixes so the place looks even and straight. Yes, to sleep, the place was good and relaxing... But that's all.
