Our beachfront room was spacious with kitchenette, bedroom nice and large, but unfortunately, due to lack of ventilation, there was a lot of condensation in the bathroom - leading to mould on tiles. Our key swipe failed on three occasions, and waiting for maintenance in the heat and humidity was not ideal. The plunge pool was magnificent, and we spent every day there. Buffet breakfast was always fresh and yummy.
The restaurants there are fantastic, with freshly cooked meals for any taste.

Upgraded us free of charge to a larger room with kitchen when our booked room was not yet ready when our flight arrived really early, beyond early check-in. Very helpful and pleasant staff, lovely relaxing vibe in the entire complex. Definitely recommend.
