But from the time we arrived until the time we checked out, we could say that the reviews were totally wrong. We were looked after with genuine warmth, care, and friendliness that made our stay truly amazing. The food was a set menu, which worked out great for us. It was homely and delicious. The staff worked tirelessly to ensure the guests were treated right....

"This was a scam. The property was advertised as having a pool and spa, which was a key reason for booking. On arrival, we were redirected to Pattisons Boutique, which has neither facility. Being told to drive to another hotel to use these amenities was not what was advertised or agreed upon. I would like a partial refund for the amount paid toward the pool and spa facilities. Otherwise, the staff were polite and helpful, and the estate was beautiful."

"The photos did not match reality. The pool and several areas were under renovation, with visible construction work. However, the staff was very efficient and very attentive throughout our stay."

NO INTIMATION, WHATSOVER... and they claim to be in the Hospitality business.. How callous and irresponsible... Will never recommend this resort to anyone- Highly Unprofessional."
