Meget dårlig service ved check-in Reception var lukket ved ankomst kl. 17.15 så vi fik blot udleveret to nøglekort. Ingen information om parkering, tidspunkt for morgenmad eller at restauranten var lukket om torsdagen. Der var bestilt baby seng ved reservation af værelset, men den var ikke sat op.
Wir waren ein wenig enttäuscht - hauptsächlich von der Freundlichkeit des Personals. Die Zimmer waren okay, mehr aber auch nicht. Aber das ist für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung. Das Frühstück ist sehr klein, weniger, WAS angeboten wird, das ist in Ordnung. Man kann ja nicht mehr als essen. Aber es ist alles sehr lieblos, man fällt zur Last. Der Frühstückstisch ist winzig klein, also das Buffet. Man steht immer mit anderen Gästen an und im Weg und weiß gar nicht, wohin man sich in Luft auflösen soll. Der Kaffe in der Kanne auf dem Tisch - super dünn, und das obwohl Kaffee im nahen Tschechien doch so günstig ist... - das halten wir für nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Dabei die doch sehr politischen Gespräche des Inhabers (?) mit dem Nachbartisch über längere Zeit - das hat mir mein Sonntagsfrühstück ziemlich vermiest.
Das Hotel mit Restaurant liegt am Marktplatz der kleinen, eher uninteressanten Stadt. Die Zimmer befinden sich hinter einem als Restaurant genutzten Innenhof und sind ruhig. Sie verströmen den Charme der 70er Jahre. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 2. Stock (ohne Fahrstuhl) mit Dachschrägen im Bad. Duschen war nur im Sitzen möglich, da die Badewanne direkt unter der Schräge stand. Der Klodeckel hatte einen langen Spalt. Einstecken davon fehlte. Auch eines der Doppelwaschbecken war an einer Ecke beschädigt. Die Beleuchtung im Bad war trübe. Das Glas des Schrägfenster war wolkig-milchig, als hätte jemand versucht, eine undurchsichtige Folie darauf zu kleben und wirkte unsauber. Mit den Betten waren wir zufrieden. Es gab keinen Platz, unseren Koffer aufgeklappt hinzustellen.
Der Chef des Hauses am Empfang war wortkarg und konnte sich knapp zu einer Begrüßung aufraffen. Seine Frau wirkte hektisch und nervös und hatte ebenfalls kaum Zeit für die Gäste. Für das Abendessen brauchten wir für 2 Hauptgerichte und ein Dessert 3 Stunden.
Großes Zimmer nach hinten raus, daher sehr ruhig. Angenehme Betten, dazu Sofa und 2 Stühle, Tisch, Minibar, breite Anrichte, Schrank und Garderobe, also viel Platz zum Ausbreiten, Abstellen und Verstauen. Bad mit Dusche ok. Gutes Frühstück. Nette Leute. Hundefreundlich.

Zimmerwechsel nachdem TV nicht fkt. wurde mürrisch kommentiert. Ausstattung etwas älter, Frühstück gut. Gasthof war leider geschlossen. Für eine Nacht okay
