We booked online using Hotels.com and paid in advance. Once we arrived the man asked us to cancel our payment online and give him cash. We said to let us contact Hotels.com and deal with the payments, after that the man left and we didn't see him again ALL night. There were not mosquito nets on all the beds and we were eaten by mosquitos all night long. The Master bedroom shower had electrical currents running through the handle and I was shocked 4-5 times after the water was on while trying to turn it off. The Shower temperature wasn't able to be controlled and blasted water ALL over the Bathroom floor. The WiFi didn't work, and the appartment smelled vaguely of smoke. The security guards at the gate were some of the most obnoxious I have ever met. I was searched Every time I entered and left (6 times) they would make us get out of the vehicle and open our bags. It was a very disappointing stay. The next morning the man came back to receive a cash payment and hotels.com told is to do so and we did, but it seemed really sketchy to us.
