Worst ever hotel in my 40 years of travelling!

Our hotel room was very dirty with many small insects, lizards and other mosquitos. They were running around. On complaining, they gave us a second room which was even worse. The manager was called and he was very aggressive with me. I feared for our lives. He shouted and pointed at me and moved towards me informing me that my complaint was not valid. Point black he refused to even try a third room and told us to get out of his hotel. Avoid at all costs!

อาจจะพักช่วงมีงานตรุษจีนนครสวรรค์ ทำให้ไม่ได้รับความสะดวกเท่าที่ควร ไปถึงโรงแรม4โมงเย็น ห้องพักยังไม่ได้ ทางโรงแรมให้เหตุผลว่า แขกเมื่อวาน check out ช้า มีแขกที่รอ check in อีกหลายห้องมาก ใช้ระยะเวลารอห้อง 40 นาที ห้องพักโอเค แต่ห้องน้ำ สกปรก ไม่ล้างชักโครก ไม่ล้างอ่างอาบน้ำ มีกลิ่นฉี่ชัดเจนมาก หัวก้อกน้ำหลุด ต้องไปซื้อน้ำยาล้างห้องน้ำมาขัดเองอีกรอบ กลางคืน ไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่อยู่เคาน์เตอร์ โทรติดต่อขอผ้าเช็ดตัวไม่มีผู้รับสายเลย เลยเดินลงมาขอที่lobby ปิดไฟหมด เรียกไม่มีใครได้ยิน

Very nice and quiet area. And the price is good.

Convenient to access to everywhere and many parking spaces. We're there on Chinese New Year Celebration .Probably the biggest Chinese New Year Celebration we've been in Thailand. Dinning room and Karaoke room is really cool. We're enjoy very much.
