"Staying in this hotel was an incredible experience for us because of its location and architecture that makes you feel like royalty in a castle. Being a guest at this hotel comes with some unique perks, like early access to the famous “golden bridge” and VIP pass to skip the long lines to the cable car. "I love the place definetly i will come back again with my family in the right season. The crew is very helpful & smile. Crew hospitality is the main thing. Lugguage barrier should have a crew that really knowledgable about english because sometimes even you have google translate they very hard to understand the word you try to explain.
