Everything was clean and perfect. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel’s location was incredibly convenient. With so many shops, restaurants, and beauty services nearby, I didn’t have to travel far for anything. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Building itself looked newly renovated and there were only 6 or so rooms. Check in was super easy and room was small but comfortable. Would stay here again if I needed to be in Korea.

Great property in an excellent area. There are lots of local restaurants and connivence stores nearby. Five minute walk to the subway line 2 with easy access to Gangnam. The room was perfect for me (solo traveler) it had a nice tub and hot shower, comfy bed and it was very peaceful. I never heard any noises from other visitors and the street despite traffic was very quiet. They offer complimentary tea and high quality coffee. Staff is helpful.

The check-in process was seamless. The staff who checked me in was Mason. He spoke English very well. Initially, I checked in with two suitcases due to a continuing travel to a different country in a few days. There is no-one to help with my luggage, but they have carts that they provided me to take my luggage into my room. Oh yes, noteworthy to mention, I took AirPort Express bus 6004. We enjoyed our stay in Anook Hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Lastly enjoyed the spa. Our vacation wrapped up with a relaxing treat in spa. Highlight recommended.

I loved to jog around the Yoido park and sauna later.

Loved how they change the sheets everyday!! The staff were very friendly and always helpful if needed. Loved the rooftop patio. The location of the hotel was also very nice. It’s located in a system of alleyways that has lots to do. Great food, arcades, izakayas/bars.

Great hotel with excellent staff. The location is pretty good. I would definitely stay here again. My experience would have been perfect if it still provided shuttle services to Incheon Airport or Seoul Station, although I couldn't really blame the hotel for it. Overall, we enjoyed staying here primarily because of the well equipped and clean room. I would like to especially thank the professional and courteous staff members.

We are so pleased with our stay. The staff is all superb, very accommodating, on top of great customer service. English is spoken here by the concierge desk, front desk, and restaurant staff. It's a very European and American hotel. Don't miss the Breakfast Buffet, which is more of a breakfast and lunch experience. The food was excellent. Our room was big for Seoul standards.
