"The property was very well maintained and very well organized! The room was very nice with the hot and cold spring bath in the room! Had all amenities you need. The bed was very comfortable and AC worked well. Plus the rooftop hot and cold spring bath were amazing and unbeatable view of Su Ao. The staff were also very helpful, courteous, and polite. I was in town for work and my stay was dependent on the work, and the resident manager Lawrence was very accommodating and he also helped break the language barrier as his English was impeccable! Also like to thank Peter in the restaurant side for also being able to help translate and was very polite and professional. Thank you so much RSL hotel for a great , yet short, stay. I will be back and will also highly recommend this hotel to others if you are in the area."

"Lin is a very friendly front office worker (owner), who speaks excellent English and gave a detailed welcome tour of the cold spring. Lin also provides extra towels and a pillow as requested. The hotel floors are brand new and rooms have good AC. The cold spring bath was clean and we really enjoyed it. Amazing value too!"
