Great place to stay

I had a wonderful stay at KOSY Appart’Hôtels – Art’ & Facts in Nancy. The place is beautiful, clean, and feels very secure. The services were impeccable, and the staff made everything smooth and easy. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from all the main tourist attractions, which made exploring the city so convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nancy!

Nous étions à Nancy pour le CAPES, l'appartement était bien pour 2 personnes, il y avait 2 bureaux, ce qui est idéal pour travailler. Niveau cuisine, il n'y avait pas de planche à découper, ni de couteau de cuisine. Difficile de couper des légumes. Sinon, très bon accueil, et l'appartement était très propre.

Lager ist ok, alles sonst schlecht

Vorteile: Lage, akzeptabler Komfort, Sauberkeit. Nachteile: Ich habe bewusst ein Hotel ausgewählt, dessen Rezeption am Wochenende geöffnet ist (steht auf der Website). Letztendlich war ich jedoch gezwungen, selbst einzuchecken, da mir bei der Kommunikation per Nachricht mitgeteilt wurde, dass die Rezeption am Sonntag geschlossen sei. Nach der Buchung und vollständigen Bezahlung über hotels.com habe ich vom Hotel einen Zahlungslink erhalten. Der Link schlug vor, anstelle der Touristengebühr den gesamten Betrag zu zahlen. Wenn ich nicht aufgepasst hätte, hätte ich Geld verloren. Das Personal verwies auf einen Fehler. Seien Sie vorsichtig. Auf die Frage nach der Datenschutzerklärung erfolgte keine Antwort. Das Wasser fließt schlecht. Die Dusche ist kaputt und sie können sie nicht reparieren, weil es keine Ersatzteile gibt. Defekter Küchenhahn, fehlende oder kaputte Dekoelemente.

J'ai passé une nuit dans cet hôtel, la personne qui m'a accueilli très gentille et très avenante, souriante. La chambre très propre le lit confortable vraiment j'ai apprecier le calme, les commodités pas loin . Surtout le café, thé,petit gâteaux,sucreries à volontés à disposition gratuitement .Bravo!!!Bravo!!! du jamais vu c'est très agréable Merci à vous tous est je vous souhaite la bône réussite :)

que ce soit l'accueil par la charmante dame ou la chambre en elle même, tout était parfait. une chambre très spacieuse, un lit confortable et aucun vis a vis, mon séjour ici n'aura été que d'une nuit mais j'ai pu trouver un sommeil très réparateur et un petit café le matin, qui fait toujours plaisir. je recommande vivement cet endroit.
