"The place is really nice. It’s a beautiful property. The staff is very friendly but there was one front desk staff that was not very friendly. The place is still nice to stay thou. It’s clean. Just the buildings are a little weathered from the salt conditions but the rooms are still nice it’s a great place to stay to snorkel."

"Koh Tao Heritage is my preferred hotel to stay at. Main reasons are; daily room cleaning, quiet location, rooms do not have TVs (so don't get noise) from other rooms, location is an easy walk to Sairee Beach or Mae Haad Pier for the ferry, As always Nancy, Nok and other staff are welcoming."

"This hotel has everything you could need. There are multiple pools, the rooms are generously sized, and the breakfast has many options including freshly cooked omelettes and pancakes (though can be extremely busy at times). You can cut across the front road and straight on to the beach. The staff are also extremely helpful. When we realised we would not have enough time to make our flight back from Koh Samui with the ferry option we had chosen, Siri at Reception called Bangkok Airways for us to see if we could alter flights. The only thing we didn't like was our room was close to the beach and there was loud music until late every night that came into our room so suggest booking a room higher up the hill if you are a light sleeper. Also there are mosquitos."

"Can not beat the location. The most beautiful view from our room (v1). Able to walk onto the next bay for evening meals, 7-11, cash dispenser with etc. took about 5-10 mins. Did a walk up to th view point, tough but very much worth it! Also 360 bar next door with great views and hammocks etc.."

"It might look fancy and pool has been Bangkok there a diamond dozen there’s 100 of them unless you’re Chinese owned or your influence and have an American Express gold card. They don’t want you if you’re American. I got bad vibes after IIt might look fancy in pools, Ben Bangkok, there a diamond dozen there’s 100 of them unless you’re Chinese owned or your influence and have an American Express gold card. They don’t want you if you’re American. I got bad vibes after I paid over ฿6000 to stay there I didn’t want me on the property. I’m a US travel 30 years professional Chef and Owner and all the best for them."
Pinnacle Koh Tao Resort

"Room was dated but clean. The size of the room was great. Keep in mind that there is a lot of stairs! Pool area is in the process of being updated but the pool water didn't seem as clean as it could be. Food was decent just a bit annoying that room service didn't start until 2pm. Breakfast was good, small selection but good tasting."
