Due to the Rugby World Cup, the price of the hotel was over double to what it was previously. Definitely not worth the money. Very basic and small. There was a kettle in the room and just 1 tea bag & no coffee. Even thou the room was advertised as facilities: kettle, instant coffee & tea bags etc. will not be staying again.

Courte nuit puisque j'arrivais de l'aéroport? Sur ce sujet, j'ai bien reçu les codes accès pour le parking et l'accès de l'hôtel pour pouvoir entrer ce après les horaires d'ouverture et ce fut appréciable. Par contre, la chambre était froide et quand j'ai mis la clim, il faisait un bruit d'enfer et un mécanisme semblait cassé. Propreté moyenne mais lit confortable.

Chambres propres et correctes. Personnel agréable et au service du client. Gagnerait à vérifier les lavabos qui ont tendance à tomber, à atténuer le bruit de la Clim pour le chauffage et à réparer les rideaux pour éviter à la lumière de rentrer.

Séjour agréable par contre petit déjeuner à plus de 10€ c’est vraiment abusé pour la qualité des produits proposés..( très peu de fruits frais, pas de véritable jus d’orange..miel très basic ..ect..) c’est dommage

je recommande, chambre très agréables, petits déjeunés copieux, parking fermé avec accès code ainsi que pour l'hôtel, pas de rue passante car situé sur une voie sans issue.

La personne de l'accueil m'as carrément forcé à payer le vendredi soir alors qu'elle était présente le samedi matin!! Avait-elle peur que je parte sans payer?? Le petit déjeuner du samedi matin était horrible VIENNOISSERIES ET BAGUETTE RECHAUFFE DE LA VEILLE !!??

La chambre et la salle de bain étaient propre. Les lits étaient très confortable et j’ai adoré l’air climatisé. Le personnel était souriant et accueillant. Je suis déçu par la Wifi et le fait qu’il n’y avait pas d’espace pour laisser 2 valise ouvertes

Arrivé à 18h30, personne sur place. Pas de clef de chambre. J’ai pu entrer dans l’hôtel parce que quelqu’un été sorti. J’ai dû appeler un numéro en cas d’urgence. Résultats il me trouvait nul part. Cette personne été en bus et ne pouvait venir de suite. Mais que je devais attendre plus de 1h30 qu’elle arrive. J’ai montré mon mécontentement. Elle m’a fait fouiller partout pour récupérer un pass et que j’aille dans une chambre. 2h après elle m’appelle pour me donner la clefs de chambre. Le lendemain l’accueil m’appelle de descendre en réception car j’occupe les lieux il également !!.. elle finit par le trouver sans excuse. Le lendemain de nouveau je ne pouvais plus entrer dans la chambre. Car la clé été désactivée. Quelle chance. Fin de séjour le demandant pour la deuxième fois comment c’est passé votre séjour. Je réponds ça aurait pu être mieux. La dame a pas répliqué rien. Elle continuer a faire autre chose sans expression rien à faire de se que j’ai pu subir. Voilà très déçu du personnel de l’accueil. Deux personnes précisément.

Manque d'indication

Je n'ai passé qu'une seule nuit donc très court. L'observation que j'ai à faire c'est qu'il n'y a pas d'explications concernant l'utilisation du matériel (climatisation) tout le monde ne sait pas l'utiliser. Sinon concernant la lumière principale : indiquer où se trouve l'interrupteur serait très très apprécié. J'ai dû dormir avec ne sachant pas où il fallait l'éteindre. Donc séjour court mais la nuit aussi était courte. Dommage. Sinon rien à redire sur le ménage,ni sur l'accueil.

Les chambres sont agréables. Par contre je n ai pas eu d'eau chaude un samedi matin a 7h, explication de la réceptionniste : vous êtes le premier à vous lever, il faut attendre 20 minutes avant que l'eau chaude arrive!
