"We stayed one night mid-week. There was plenty of parking, staff was courteous & helpful, the room/bed/sink areas/tub was clean but the tile floor grout could use some attention to clean it up. Good AC. The location is very good, close to Uptown Theater and numerous nearby places to eat - so it's convenient to walk everywhere if you want to be right downtown. Yes, there are other more upscale places but you might easily pay twice as much. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again."
