Wow. On our arrival we were greeted with the utmost respect and kindness from a gentlemen working at the hotel. Throughout our stay it was incredibly nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here again

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is gorgeous. Not a big fan of the pillows. But that is no big deal.

The front desk person was rude, the hotel was in good conditions but the worst was the bed, I had a terrible night and woke up with back pain; they have service at the beach, which was a plus; but I think it doesn’t worth what they charge for what the hotel offer.

Great boutique hotel with a lovely intimate feeling. Just steps to the beach and stepped to your vehicle, not overwhelmingly huge. Amazing stuff and great quality everywhere. We have stayed here a few times and absolutely love it and highly recommend. And will definitely return again. There were eight of us and everyone felt the same!!

The hotel is right on the beach, beautiful view from the balcony, very friendly and helpful staff very comfortable king size bed and the most pleasant surprise - nespresso machine in the room

Upon arrival the assistant manager checked us in and attempted to charge us over $200 more than the expedia price pus taxes and resorrt fee. I asked for the manager and got it corrected. We booked a gulf view room, but were given a room where you could barely see the gulf- really a pool view. Besides those items, the rooms are very nice and spacious and the staff were very nice and helpful.

Property was very clean. Staff was friendly. Bed was excellent and the food at the restaurant was great. Nice touch having free cookie from 2 to 4 daily. The only con of the resort is the tiny toiletries provided. They are like sample size. I have stayed in other upscale hotels where dispensers of body wash lotion and conditioner is provided. Those would be a welcome addition at this resort.

Spent the weekend here for a girls trip to celebrate a 40th birthday and we had the best time. It was perfectly quiet. The hotel was modern and well maintained. We were greeted with champagne and the staff was extremely helpful. They made every accommodation we asked for. Cherries on top were the dolphin sightings, there were at least 4, and a manatee. I would stay here again.

The staff at Edgewater were all very kind, friendly and accommodating — making our stay enjoyable from staff to finish. The hotel has a concierge texting service which made our experience seamless. Great location and the shuttle to downtown was a huge perk! Would recommend!!

To be honest what is there not to like about this property. If I could live here I would. Everyone is so kind, helpful and address your concerns right away. This place is my home away from home. My 3 year old was fighting me to leave. We just got home and on our way home we booked again for next weekend. We love this resort and so will you. Super clean the beds are super comfortable. I ordered Instacart and it comes directly to your room. We Absolutley love it.

Me gusta que provee muchos detalles y abundancia en atenciones. Agua embotellada, baño con ducha fuera del cuarto, toallas sin límite en la piscina,la playa y el cuarto. Atención rápida. No me gustó. Los altos precios de las hamburguesas,la ausencia de áreas de sombra,no hay entretenimiento para niños y no hay jacuzzi en el área de la piscina.

We love this hotel and that’s why we keep coming. We get so sad every time we have to do ck out. We can’t wait to go back next summer. The staff is the best. The location of the property is amazing (beachfront). We love that it is apartments not a regular hotel room. There are not enough words to describe how much we love this place. Customer service is too and the food always great.
