I went to this place alone for two nights . The room was very clean and comfortable . I found the best service ever . Also the breakfast was very delicious . The distance fron the port was like 20 min by walk . I will get back here

Very pleased
Loved this hotel! The lady in the reception was very sweet too. The ceiling height was amazing and the location was good, we don’t like staying in the touristy areas so this was perfect if you like walking a bit. Otherwise there are three quite nearby subway stops.

Bon emplacement. Personne â l'accueil sympathique. Mais la première nuit nous avons été installés dans une chambre qui se trouve juste à l'accueil. Beaucoup de bruit.pas d'eau chaude pour prendre sa douche.Un petit déjeuner médiocre :des gâteaux en paquets, pas de produits frais,aucun fruit....

Hôtel de charme dans un immeuble ancien avec joli jardin, chambre spacieuse difficile à chauffer l'hiver. Petit déjeuner médiocre. L' Accès peut être difficile pour personne à mobilité reduite 2 ème étage sans ascenseur. Bon emplacement dans le centre-ville tout près du musée archéologique et du métro. Personnel accueillant.

Tristissima struttura, in un bellissimo ma decadente palazzo.ho prenotato questa struttura certa che fosse inclusa anche la colazione,d'altra parte il sito non ne prevedeva l'esclusione.sul posto ho scoperto che così non era..nonostante le mie spiegazioni ed evidente delusione (il b&b si trova al secondo piano ,senza ascensore e in una via senza bar) il proprietario è stato irremovibile. Per completare:dal bidet non usciva acqua,(forse è Per questo che mancavano gli asciugamani piccoli?) E,andando via la receptionist ci ha seguiti lungo le scale per richiedere il pagamento di una bottiglia d'acqua che avevamo gia pagato. Bellissima sorpresa invece il quartiere sanità e la colazione da poppella!!!

Gentile Sig./Sig,ra, la nostra proprietà si trova in un edificio antico, del '700, ci dispiace non abbia colto l'importanza, e colmo di qualsiasi tipo di negozio, dato che ci troviamo al centro di Napoli. Come ogni struttura di quell'anno, e come scritto in tutto il sito web, purtroppo non c'è ascensore. Nell'offerta da Lei scelta della prenotazione, non era inclusa la colazione. Ci scusiamo se non ha trovato asciugamani piccoli, bastava chiedere e gliele avremmo fornite immediatamente. Speriamo di riaverla nostra Ospite e renderLe più confortevole il Suo soggiorno. Hotel is goed. Helaas is de "gratis wifi" in de praktijk niet bruikbaar: veel te zwak signaal, waardoor ik veel van mijn internetbundel moest gebruiken. Om in het hotel te komen moeten 58 treden overwonnen worden! Kamer was erg mooi: afwerking etc. Personeel was vriendelijk.

Im Herzen vo Neapel wie ein König wohnen!
Das Hotei befindet sich in einem ehemaligen barocken Palazzo mit original Treppenaufgang des Vanvitelli und freskierrter Decke im Frühstücksraum. Die Einrichtung des großen Zimmers mit Stilmöbeln ist im alten Stil und sehr geschmacksvoll. Etwas weitab vom touristischen Zentrum gelegen, emfehlenswert für einen individuellen Aufenthalt für Kunstkenner und Neapel-Liebhaber. Nachteilig war das Fehlen eines Fahrstuhls und Tag und Nacht besezte Rezeption. Außenschlüssel sperrte nicht gut auf.

a hotel situated like on the Nepal Mountain
the hotel is in a narrow road with cobble stones und the taxi drive could not find with his navigator. there was no hotel sign to see. the road ist just for one car wide and hard to stay 1 minute because of the following cars. the hotel is in a very old building on the third floor without lift. you have to carry your heavy luggages up by your own like on a nepal mountain expedition. with the waitress could hardly communicate english.

Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Endroit typique de ce quartier de Naples. Pour les chambres, hauteur de plafond incroyable avec ses decors peints d'époque. En revanche, hôtel assez vieux, un très très très gros rafraichissement serait nécessaire. Le petit déjeuner est juste syndical......

Interessantes Hotel mit morbidem Charme
Der morbide Eingangsbereich des Hotels steht im Gegensatz zu den Räumlichkeiten. Vielleicht geht das wlan später mal wieder. Leider konnten wir noch nicht im Garten sitzen. Das Personal ist eine interessante Geschichte für sich,aber was wäre Italien ohne Geschichten .

Struttura fatiscente con molte pretese
Arredato con molto gusto, l'hotel si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore di un tempo fastoso palazzo settecentesco la cui facciata, cortile e scalinata monumentale avrebbero urgentemente bisogno di essere restaurati. Nonostante la recente ristrutturazione, la stanza a noi assegnata ha lasciato molto a desiderare: l'impianto di climatizzazione non funzionava e non era altrimenti possibile riscaldare l'ambiente, molto freddo per la volta alta; anche nel bagno l'impianto di riscaldamento non rispondevaai comandi; il minibar in camera era vuoto e non in funzione; il wifi del tutto assente nei quattro giorni del soggiorno. La posizione della stanza comporta peraltro difficoltà nei collegamenti telefonici, per scarsa o assente ricezione del segnale. La colazione, servita in uno spazio ampio e fastoso, è stata piuttosto modesta. Sconosciuto l'uso delle forchette.

Acquired Taste
An unusual hotel. It's a five minute walk to the Archeological Museum and then again into the centre of the historic part of Naples. About half an hour to walk down to the harbour area. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was VERY firm. Basic continental breakfast of a morning. Kettles available in the room on request. Nearest restaurants/bars are in Piazza Bellini (10 minutes). Plenty of snack bars around Naples during the day.

Niedliches Hotel in altem Herrenhaus
Es ist ein kleines Hotel im 2ten Stock eines alten Herrenhauses aus dem 16ten Jahrhundert im Zentrum von Neapel. Der Hotelmanager ist sehr freundlich und hat viele Geschichten zu erzählen und gute Tipps für die Zeit in Neapel. Die Zimmer sind klein aber völlig ausreichend. Service ist hervorragend da Maxim der Hotelmanager immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit ist.

Small hotel close to the museum
We stayed at Le Stanze del Vicere for 7 days. The hotel is easy to find and is located close to the archaeological museum, there are two metro lines close by. The hotel is on the second floor of an old historical building without an elevator. Unfortunately, the shower in the bathroom of the room we stayed in was in a bad condition. The showerhead kept falling down from the slide bar, the tiles in the shower came off the wall (really came off the wall), the shower door was leaky. The worst part was that we couldn't lock the main door to our room. The room we were in had a small foyer, from which you can access the bathroom and the bedroom. The main door couldn't be locked so we had to lock our bedroom door and the bathroom door. You can imagine the hassle in the night when we had to go to the bathroom. There is wi-fi in the room, it is slow, but very helpful when you're checking in for your flight or just want to check your emails. Our room was spacious enough and was cleaned everyday. Fresh towels and linens everyday. There's a small tv in the room and a mini fridge. The hotel also offers breakfast in the dining area. We never made it to breakfast so we can't really say much about it. Our host, Max, was nice and helpful. And he was apologetic regarding the shower and door situation.

We´ll be back!!!
Staying in Le Stanze del Vicere we experienced a very familiar atmosphere face-to-face. There was always time for a short chat with Senior Maxim and Signora Pina. And every day we also got some support in italian and neapolitan language. All in all a very relaxed atmosphere!

OK Hotel
Overall, Naples is on a very low class side so don't be surprised by the surroundings. We enjoyed our stay but at first glance the hotel was disappointing. Room was authentic. Bathroom big but mould on the ceiling, bath leaked badly and the toilet was not cleaned properly. Minimal breakfast. Very friendly staff which is the most important thing! The man at the desk (there all the time) helped us with a taxi to the airport and looked after us very well.

B&B in ottima posizione per visitare Napoli, situato in palazzo storico, ma in condizioni pessime: sporcizia e degrado con il soffitto della scala puntellato. Al suo interno il B&B è pulito e gradevole. Non mi piace l'idea di non avere la chiave della stanza, detesto suonare, mi sembra sempre di disturbare. Colazione misera e di scarso livello qualitativo.

proche du centre, quartier atypique
Quand on rentre dans l hôtel on s'attend pas à cela mais une fois à l'intérieure c'est magnifique. C'est une ancienne bâtisse bourgeoise avec cours intérieure, et 2ieme étage les chambre. Le patron est aussi atypique que son hôtel, mais le personne très sympa.

Not what you expect, in a good way!
I were very pleased with our stay there. I was a little skeptical when I saw the gate. But Maxine greats you and your hear the story of the building and go in it is nothing else but a good surprise. Maxime the manager runs the hotel a lovely man that accommodate what we needed since we were just staying for one night. It is a historical building from the 1700 and full of character with frescos ceilings original doors etc. But the room and bathrooms are quite modern and cozy. Only things I would reccomend if you have mobility issues is not suitable it is a 3 flight walk up other than that. Nice!
