The staff was amazing and bent over backwards for us. In fairness, the hotel was undergoing renovations which closed down many of the amenities. We were charged a reduced rate due to this ongoing disruption, therefore, our experience was not reflective of a normal stay. The hotel definitely needed the work, as the interior was old and tired- looking.

The staff overall was very nice! The only small issue we had was that a lot of times we couldn't reqch valet, were transferred to the front desk, asked for our car, and then they never communicated with valet to get our car. The rooms were okay, nothing spectacular, and the beds weren't comfortable at all. We specifically won't stay here again because of the bed discomfort.
